Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV)
HEART OF GOLD
You are not what happened to you.
You are what you are becoming.
For what it’s worth, that is the divine message Frances Jones aspires to routinely send to those with whom she crosses paths as the face of Heart Desires Fulfillment Coaching, LLC, her Mid-South-based empowerment that has become a fixture for helping people from various walks of life navigate the journey of finding and realizing their life’s purpose.
“No matter the mistakes you’ve made or believe you’ve made, remember this: those experiences are not just about you. They hold a greater purpose,” Jones said. “Instead of dwelling on disappointments and pain, harness their transformative power to uplift others. Challenges exist to benefit and guide us.
“The most difficult moments in our lives are profound healers for someone else. The anguish I’ve endured becomes a catalyst for your own healing. The pain I’ve carried helps you transcend your suffering. However, this transformative process only occurs when I choose to share my life’s challenges and how I triumphed over them.”

Based in Memphis, Jones also serves as a women’s empowerment and motivational speaker for a rising business venture that is attracting a global presence.
“My message has touched people’s lives nationally and globally, including in Africa, the UK (United Kingdom), India, and Switzerland,” said Jones, whose company customarily accommodates individuals and groups ranging in ages 30 to 54 (“but I can help men and women outside of those criteria,” she emphasized). “What I like most about my business is that I can touch lives personally by inspiring, empowering, and giving hope to those who have allowed life’s challenges to consume and rob them of enjoying the many blessings life has to offer. I help them to see life differently so they can make a choice that is in alignment with their heart’s desires.”
A graduate of from Rosa Fort High School in Tunica, Mississippi, Jones earned an Associate of Accounting degree from Northwest Mississippi Junior College, a Bachelor and Master of Accountancy, and a Master of Art in Higher Educational Leadership-Student Personnel from the University of Mississippi.
In addition, she is a certified professional coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and Corporate Trainer.
When asked how her competitive drive in life has helped propel her for her rising entrepreneurial endeavor, Jones — the architect of the March 2021-released book, Overcoming The Emotional Stigmas of Infertility: Barren But Not Ashamed — said:
“The force that propelled me to start Heart Desires Fulfillment Coaching, LLC was not sparked by a competitive drive. It was more so the victory over the emotional pain and disappointment I experienced not being able to have children that led to me reclaiming the peace, happiness, and joy that I had relinquished.
GOD’S PURPOSE PUSHER
“After I became free from the heartache and shame of being barren, I remembered that others were yet stuck and allowing infertility to control their lives,” Jones continued. “Although I had remained silent about my truth for many years, I felt compelled to share my story to help others openly. If I had not chosen to do so, it would have been as though every tear, heartache, and disappointment would have been in vain.”
