ARLINGTON, Texas — Dr. Radiance L. Rose on Friday paused to give Sarah Jakes Roberts her well-deserved flowers.
“Sarah Jakes Roberts is an amazing woman of God, and I am proud to be affiliated — indirectly — with her movement,” Dr. Rose told Making Headline News as part of its national coverage for Roberts’ Woman Evolve Conference September 14-16 from Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. “It’s so incredible. I know he (Bishop T. D. Jakes) is proud. Big shoes to fill, but she’s super qualified.”

An announced sellout crowd of more 40,000 attendees have ascended upon Roberts’ Woman Evolve Conference, an assembly that is centered largely on equipping women through spiritual and practical development with the tools necessary to evolve into the highest version of themselves.

A well-respected retired 22-year United States Air Force veteran, Dr. Rose was one of a gallery of recipients who acquired the President Joseph R. Biden 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award during an official ceremony in December 2022.
Now, she said, the time is nearing that she will be afforded the golden opportunity to host a similar empowerment assembly.
Professionally known as an award-winning certified professional leadership and life coach, transformational speaker, and No. 1 bestselling author, professor, trauma disruptor, master resilience trainer, human rights advocate, and serial entrepreneur, Dr. Rose is the mastermind behind Seize the Day with Coach Rai.

“(As part of my affiliation with the American Red Cross), I serve as a community preparedness volunteer and help provide emergency assistance, disaster relief, and disaster preparedness education,” Dr. Rose explained. (As for the) YMCA, I have dedicated my time to assisting with packing and distributing food baskets, playing an essential role in providing nourishment to individuals and families in need. My volunteer efforts directly contributed to addressing food insecurity and promoting better quality of life.
Continued Dr. Rose, who has also built a solid rapport with an Atlanta-area Goodwill: “I routinely donate clothing and assisted staff in the reorganization and management of inventory at the warehouse, facilitating a more efficient system for redistributing goods to those in need.”
“I personally created and donated 200 personal hygiene kits aimed at fostering feminine health and wellness for young girls in Mombasa, Africa,” Dr. Rose said. “Furthermore, I have the privilege of sponsoring a young girl in Africa, contributing financially to her educational expenses and growth opportunities.”
In addition, Dr. Rose has become a fixture for volunteering for the Morris Brown College Meal Support Initiative.
“At Morris Brown College, there isn’t a cafeteria or food service available,” she said. “I played a vital role in addressing this issue by donating several canned goods. Moreover, I contributed to stocking and arranging their food pantry to ensure students have access to essential meals.”
Dr. Rose announced ViVi Cole Coaching & Consulting in January 2024 will pay tribute to a dedicated community of educators, first responders, and veterans for their invaluable contributions to society.
An event that was originally scheduled for Fall 2023, this assembly will be sanctioned by Dr. Rose’s Legacy Coaching Academy, which also will now make its debut in January 2024.
“This academy will be centered on nurturing the essential R.O.S.E. qualities: Resilience, Optimism, Self-Care, and Emotional Intelligence,” Dr. Rose told MHN.
