Flashback to 2019.
Sometime during that year, Stephen Eddie Boyd — as he’s likely experienced on numerous occasions — was in traffic at a stoplight, tuning in to the news.
Only this time, however, a miraculous sequence of events subsequently began to unfold.
“The country was at the brink of war due to strained international relations,” Boyd, a longtime Maryland faith leader, told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “While waiting for the stop light to change, I whispered a prayer, ‘God, we need You to heal the land….”
And just like that, the Holy Spirit had strategically infused with Boyd two awe-inspiring visions, both of which came wrapped up in an intriguing music project and book.

To his credit, Boyd wasted no time composing Heal The Land: A Blueprint For Spiritual Restoration, spending the timeframe of October 2022 through March 2023 during which “I worked diligently to complete the book,” he recalls.
For his valiant efforts, his compelling written work has been as good as advertised.
“People have shared that the book has driven them to their knees in repentance and confession,” Boyd said of the slew of rave reviews. “Others have said it’s a very easy read and it straight to the point. Others have said that they like my phrase for pride as Humility Deficiency (TM)…and others have said it’s thought provoking.”
Other books, Boyd said are forthcoming and are currently in the production phase, most notably the soon-to-be-released The Will of God Is Not A Straight Line.
“This book is intended to bring hope for people like me that have made many mistakes and have often felt like you’ve missed the boat on your divine purpose,” Boyd said of his next book.
In the meantime, though, Boyd is preparing to tour several markets around the country, during which he will be afforded opportunities to promote his new book.
“As we speak, we are making preparations to host The Heal The Land Xperience events in California, Nashville, Indianapolis, Texas, Atlanta, Detroit, Alabama, just to name a few,” Boyd told MHN. “Given the dire state of our world, the words of the late Thomas Dorsey could not resound ever truer: ‘If we ever needed the Lord before, we sure do need Him now.”

To his distinctly unique credit, Boyd made effective use of his time during the unprecedented global pandemic.
Months prior to composing his first book, Boyd wrote and produced Heal The Land, his latest recording project that, much to his delight, has been nothing short of incredible.

“If we humble ourselves, pray, seek God’s face, and turn from our wicked ways, God said He would heal the land.”
Interestingly enough, Boyd was blessed mightily to have grasped the vision to produce Heal The Land some four years ago.
His primary focus through his latest musical masterpiece, he emphasized: to help advance the kingdom while ministering through song.
“This song will drive people to their knees in worship, devotion, confession, and repentance,” Boyd said. “Which invariably spark a revival of great evangelism in the world.”
