“Because of my humble beginnings, I knew I had to fight even harder for my dreams, so I never allowed the no to stop me,” Donelson, an accomplished businesswoman, told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “The ‘no’ was just a ‘not right now,’ or ‘no’ to that particular opportunity, but because of my drive, I used it as fuel.”
Much to her delight, it was just the ideal “fuel” that has helped Donelson achieve entrepreneurial success as the founder and CEO of Purpose Chasing Academy and the COO of the Xtreme Hip Hop, her rising Lyndhurst, Ohio-based featured business endeavors that have enabled people across the globe become better versions of themselves.
As the visionary behind her Xtreme instructor program, Donelson is responsible for having successfully certified over 4,000 individuals worldwide.

Not to be outdone, Donelson oversees the day-to-day operations of a Purpose Chasing Academy, whose strategic mission is centered in large part on empowering aspiring entrepreneurs across the globe, particularly by way of guiding them to conquer challenges and unleash their full potential.
“Through targeted vision development, I help individuals achieve their personal and professional aspirations, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves,” Donelson told MHN as part of its Women’s History Month annual national coverage.

“It brings me so much joy to see someone realize their purpose and then thrive in that journey,” Donelson said. “Also, after the passing of my mom, I realize that time is so precious, so I value the fact that I can leverage my time and I don’t have to request days off from anyone but myself.”
