Our greatness has always come from people who expect nothing and take nothing for granted, folks who work hard for what they have, then reach back and help others after them. — Michelle Obama, Former First Lady, United States of America
A TRUE INSPIRATION
To her distinctly unique credit, Megan R. Woodard is steadily having a monumental impact in the natural and spiritual realms.
Credit her fervent rise as a Keynote Motivational Speaker as arguably the grandest reason why.
As part of Making Headline News’ advance national coverage of Sarah Jakes Roberts’ Second Annual Woman Evolve Conference that takes place September 26-28 from Globe Life Field in Arlington, Woodard emphasized, among other things, she’s destined to function in her divine element as a speaker in large part because her strategic mission is centered on customarily creating change and impacting lives.
“God has ordered my steps,” Woodard told Making Headline News this week. “Simply, yet eloquently, my mission is to share, teach, and learn to aid in connecting and building.”
SALUTING WOMEN WHO SHAPE OUR WORLD
A Corporate America professional whose stellar careers spans nearly two decades, Woodard, by all accounts, has made immeasurable strides as an accomplished speaker, having been afforded golden opportunities to put her remarkably brilliant mechanics on display in a variety of major U.S. markets — most notably San Diego, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tampa, Houston, Pittsburgh, and Boston, among others.
So how does this esteemed native Texan assess her secret to sustained success through her chosen profession?
For starters, Woodard doesn’t shy away from the notion that her faith undoubtedly has played an integral role in her fervent quest to make her dreams a reality.
“Corinthians 3:10…According to the grace of God given to me, like skilled master builder I laid foundation and someone else is building upon it,” Woodard said. “Let each one take care how he builds upon it.”

And then there’s one notable memory through her featured business endeavor to which Woodard figures to hold dear to her heart for years to come.
“As the keynote speaker at The St. Benedict The Abbot Catholic Church’s Knights of Peter Claver and Ladies Auxiliary 41st Anniversary event, I spoke on The Importance of Building and Cultivating a Strong Foundation,” Woodard recalls. “In which foundation is the inner structure, which helps guides our life choices.
“Success is determined by the individual, but with any success, a strong foundation is required. Building a strong foundation of faith, hope, love, and unity begin with personal reflection and a commitment to live by these virtues.”
For what it’s worth, Woodard acknowledged she has become accustomed to speaking “quite often” on foundation.
“My inspiration,’ she said, “indeed comes from the strength of my grandmother, who was an educator, the patience of my father, the will of my mother, the joy and wonder of my twins, Jeffrey and Jordan, who also taught me unconditional and unwavering love, as well as God’s grace and guidance. As I was traveling the path God laid, unbeknownst to me, my foundation would be the cornerstone towards my pursuit towards educational excellence, sharing my journey, including the obstacles, and thereafter, aspiring to write my first book after graduation from the doctoral program.”
Interestingly enough, Woodard said even beyond her notable career achievements, she remains committed to educational excellence as well as professional development through the lens of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) within corporate sectors, which includes women in energy.
“These pursuits have gained me a publication within the Journal of Leadership, Accountability and Ethics as lead co-author for the article entitled, How Will the SCOTUS Affirmative Action Ruling Affect the Integrity of University Leaders?,” Woodard told MHN.
“It is imperative to esteem and inspire others daily as it reflects divine love to others, fosters inner peace, encourages growth, builds our community, and also acts as a form of worship,” Woodard continued. “These actions mirror compassion, strengthens bonds, and contributes to personal and spiritual fulfillment.”
