Generally, Dr. Taylor’s Embodi Hydration & Wellness is widely regarded as a credible health and wellness business in its own right, this accomplished businesswoman told Making Headline News this week.
“I wanted to do something different in healthcare where I was able to help people get better, educate on options for healthier living,” said Dr. Taylor, explaining how her competitive nature fueled her fervent drive to start Embodi Hydration & Wellness. “(I find pleasure in) building relationships and hearing people say how much my services have helped them feel better overall.”
A progressive, thriving health and wellness enterprise that customarily services individuals and groups ranging in 18-and-up — “although most of my patients are mid-30’s-and-up,” Dr. Taylor acknowledged — Embodi Hydration & Wellness has become a popular establishment amongst North Carolinians since its inception in 2022.
“Only within the state of North Carolina due to regulatory compliance within the state,” Dr. Taylor said. “My personal mission is to see as many people heal from within by giving their bodies the vitamins and nutrients needed to sustain and live a healthy life. Interestingly enough, Dr. Taylor credits fellow North Carolina health professional Dr. Laticia Beatty for diligently inspirating her to start her business, particularly as a strategic, effective outlet to garner speaking and educational engagements.

A 1996 graduate of Littleton, North Carolina’s Northwest Halifax High School, Dr. Taylor in 2001 acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from North Caroliana A&T State University.
Consequently, she enrolled at North Carolina Central University, during which she accelerated in nursing program and ultimately graduated with a BS in Nursing in 2012.
Seven years later, she earned a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Simmons University, then followed that up by earning a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Duke University in 2023.
