DALLAS — In case you don’t know her, LaRhonda Hamilton would like to introduce herself.
For starters, Hamilton was born and raised in Crockett, Texas, a rural Houston County establishment — the oldest county and fifth-oldest city in the Lone Star State — that comprised of roughly 6,332 residents, according to the latest U. S. census.
To her distinctly unique credit, she’s doing big things in Texas.
An esteemed businesswoman in her own right, Hamilton, 55, could be appropriately deemed a serial entrepreneur, given she is the mastermind behind Anointed Jewels, a Paparazzi Accessories-sanctioned venture.

A military veteran who served more than two decades in the United States Army, Hamilton is a rising transformational speaker and author.

“Serving in the military taught me discipline, adaptability, and the importance of execution under pressure,” Hamilton recalls. “In the Army, you’re constantly being pushed to exceed standards, to lead under stress, and to never settle for average. That environment sharpened my instincts and gave me the confidence to face challenges head-on, skills that directly transferred into my community service and business journey.
“As a single mother and a veteran, I’ve never had the luxury of waiting for opportunities,” Hamilton continued. “I’ve always had to create them. Whether I’m leading a team, building partnerships, or developing systems, I bring that same level of focus, grit, and accountability the Army instilled in me.”
FULFILLING HER DIVINE PURPOSE
In essence, Hamilton doesn’t shy away from the notion that she doesn’t view competition — at least in the entrepreneurial sector, that is — as a threat.
“I see it as a motivator,” Hamilton says without hesitation. “It keeps me pushing forward, innovating, and staying mission-focused. And just like in the Army, I believe in lifting others while I climb, especially women, veterans, and underserved communities. For me, business isn’t just about success, it’s about service, impact, and legacy.”
Interestingly enough, Hamilton has been actively involved in empowerment speaking for the past 19 years, although her stock through this endeavor has increased considerably over the past eight years, given she has been consistently engaged in regular speaking opportunities.
“My personal mission for doing this work is rooted in purpose, legacy, and love, especially for my daughter,” Hamilton told MHN. “Everything I do is about creating a better path for her and showing her what strength, integrity, and perseverance look like in action. I have been a single mother during my daughter’s entire life. I know what it means to fight for a future you can’t yet see, and I want her to witness that firsthand. I want her to grow up knowing that no matter the obstacles, you can build something meaningful, lead with purpose, and still carry grace through it all.”
Aside from instilling in her daughter life-altering qualities to become a better version of herself, Hamilton emphasized her strategic mission is centered in large part on serving others, particularly those who are walking similar paths single mothers, veterans or, “anyone who’s been underestimated or overlooked.”
“I want my work to be a reminder that your story matters, your pain can have purpose, and your circumstances don’t define your outcome, and I want to be able to build a platform for the underdog,” Hamilton said. “I feel like I have been an underdog, and my heart goes out to them.”
A devoted member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Hamilton is a graduate of Crockett High School.
She holds an Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security, and a Master of Science in Psychology.
To her credit, she has acquired certificates of completion for several training courses.
“It’s very important to me that I esteem and inspire as much as I can because I know what it feels like to walk through life unseen, unheard, and undervalued,” Hamilton told MHN. “We all face battles that the world may never know about and, sometimes, just one word of encouragement can be the difference between someone giving up or holding on.
FUNCTIONING IN HER DIVINE ELEMENT
“I believe it’s our responsibility, especially as leaders and survivors, to pour into others the same hope, strength, and belief that someone once gave to us or that we wished we had because I had to build my own tables. Appreciating others isn’t just about motivation, it’s about reminding people of their worth, especially when they’ve forgotten it.”

“For me, inspiring others isn’t optional because I feel like it is my God’s ordained purpose, it’s part of my purpose. Whether I’m speaking on a stage, mentoring someone, or simply showing up in love and truth, I want people to leave every encounter feeling stronger, seen, and capable of more than they imagined.”
