For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)
GOD-ORDERED STEPS
Just after midday CST on Saturday, Constance Woulard hastened to social media, where she assembled a rather spirited, empowering declaration.
Said Woulard before her nearly 1,000 Facebook followers in a post that was accompanied by the hash tags, #AllPraises and #ThankYouLord: She’s a bad girl!! Ordained for greatness in service of others by the Most High!!
To grasp a thorough concept of why Woulard deemed it necessary to utter before the masses some incontestable words of affirmation, look no further than the immeasurable strides and valiant contributions she’s made throughout the years — both in the spiritual and natural realms.
Besides serving fervently as Divisional Nursing Director for Wellpath Recovery Solutions in the Montgomery, Alabama area — she is accountable for nursing practice and quality across twelve branches across the United States — Woulard has blessed to have found her niche as an accomplished author.

The Gulfport, Mississippi native is one of 90 authors who have joined forces to produce Women Who Pray: 90 Days Of Powerful Prayers, the highly-anticipated anthology that is spearheaded by St. Mary’s, Georgia-based International Motivational Speaker and Bestselling Author Carleeka Basnight-Menendez.
A spiritually-powering, life-altering written work that has already created a national buzz, Women Who Pray: 90 Days Of Powerful Prayers is comprised of co-authors from the “north, south, east and west,” Basnight-Menendez told Making Headline News during a weekend interview.
“Although we come from different backgrounds, are of various ethnicities, our commonality is knowing and believing in the power of prayer,” said Basnight-Menendez, providing a detailed synopsis of her featured book. “So we have created a devotional of prayers that will transform the lives of other women all around the world. City by city, state by state, we stand together unapologetically and confess boldly and courageously that we are women who pray.”
Especially Woulard whom, because of the divine God-ordained calling on her life, has positioned herself mightily as a devout woman of faith who can greatly attest that prayer still works.
Not only that, Woulard is no stranger to witnessing her awe-inspiring, faith-empowering testimonies appear in Christian-based books.
Prior to joining Basnight-Menendez’s collaborative project, Woulard made her ceremonious authorship debut when she became a contributing author for Trailblazers Who Lead, a 175-page anthology that made its official release in June 2020.
Not to be outdone, Woulard will be a part of at least two more anthologies in what undoubtedly has been a banner year for the Corporate America professional-turned-author.
Next up for Woulard is her writing contributions for Sister Leaders With Karen Pruden, a joint authorship project that is scheduled to be released in October 2021.
She will then witness the release of her fourth book this year when the collaborative written work, Unleashing My Undeniable Impact, which will debut sometime in November 2021.
Suitably known as an anointed educator, leader, motivational speaker, mentor, and “true woman of God,” by her peers and colleagues, Woulard’s itinerary includes serving as the featured speaker during Che Brown’s Comeback Champion Summit later this year. She’s also slated to speak during the globally-acclaimed SpeakerCon2021 The Virtual Experience, which is scheduled for November 4-7.
