But now, O Lord, You are our Father. We are the clay, and You our potter. And all we are the work of Your Hand. (Isaiah 64:8/NIV)
GRACE TO OVERCOME
Today, unlike never before, Teara F. Stewart is fully aware of worth — both from a natural and spiritual standpoint.
Truth be told, she’d be the first to admit that wasn’t merely the case some two years ago, as Stewart vividly chronicles in a life-altering book.
“The vision from this book came about in 2021 during a very dark time in my life,” Stewart, a Louisiana-based author, told Making Headline News during a recent interview, recalling the rash of turbulence that subsequently empowered her to spearhead what has become a highly-anticipated anthology.
As part of Making Headline News’ advance national media coverage for Bishop T. D. Jakes 2024 International Leadership Summit from Dallas, Texas March 21-23, Stewart, an esteemed transformational leadership coach, spoke at length about how she amid the darkest season of her life, she found the strength to host Gracefully Broken Heavenly Restored, her spiritually-empowering anthology that has created a fervent buzz through various message boards and social media platforms.

“I have been struggling with self-acceptance for a long while” said Stewart, explaining her awe-inspiring vision for moving forward with her collaborative book project. “I mean, if I had to put an age to it, I would say since about the age of 11. I struggled with accepting what it was that others had seen in me and in my life. I did everything I could to hide or dim my light. I, even at one point, tried to turn it off with an attempt at suicide at the age of 13, and then again at the age of 23. I knew there had to be a reason for all the pain I endured.”
Fortunately for Stewart, God would ultimately provide for her a life-changing way of escape, a development that would ultimately allow her to connect with — and embrace — the divine purpose for which God has created her.
A riveting, fascinating anthology that is compiled of 59 pages, Stewart’s featured written is accompanied by 22 co-authors, each of whom diligently exercised their faith by dauntlessly disclosing their life-altering, tear-jerking testimonies.

“Laying it all on the altar and leaving it there can at times prove a difficult feat,” Stewarts writes in a detailed synopsis of her anthology via Amazon.com. “Yet, when you understand God is in control and the breaking you are experiencing is only to take you to higher places in Him, then and only then will you be able to surrender to the process of being Gracefully Broken.
“We no longer fight for victory over the enemy,” Stewart continues via Amazon.com. “We now fight from a place of victory that is found in the finished work of the Lord Christ Jesus. Where when He died at Calvary, we became Heavenly Restored.”
For what it’s worth, Stewart emphasized, among other things, she had become mostly inspired to spearhead Gracefully Broken Heavenly Restored, in large part to give a voice to the voiceless, to give hope to the hopeless and, most of all, “to put into words what so many others could have been experiencing,” she told MHN.
COVER US, LORD
“So many suffer in silence with the thoughts of being alone,” Stewart continued. “That is nothing and only the enemy that wants to keep us in isolation so he could kill our destiny, so he could steal what was planted on the inside of us before we were even birthed into the earth. He has no power, but his intimidation game is strong, but the power of Holy Spirit is stronger. The world needs to know that it is a trick of the enemy.”
Volumes 1 and 2 were completed in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Volume 3 of Stewart’s featured written work is currently in the works and is expected to debut by year’s end, she said.
Prior to hosting her own anthologies, Stewart and had graced the pages of at least a dozen collaborative book projects.
Her latest authorship adventure, nevertheless, is one which she holds dear to her heart for a variety of reasons.
“I’ve endured great losses in family, finances, career, opportunities, love, and in life,” Stewart explained. “This is why God gave me the vision to write this book, because although I was broken, through the Person of Jesus Christ, I had access to being restored.”
GOD’S AMAZING GRACE
And, the rest, as they say, was history.
“God also showed me that I wasn’t alone in the process of pain and needed to make the book an anthology versus a solo project to allow other broken women to share their store of restoration, their journey to wholeness,” Stewart recalls. “I was over crying on the bathroom floor in the fetal position. I was over not living as my highest self because of fear and doubt. I was done having the enemy speaking louder than what God had spoken. This pain cost me a lot and it was time for (the enemy) to pay up. It was time to set others who were captive free.”
Since the releases of her anthologies, Stewart has become the beneficiary of a rash of rave reviews.
“The feedback thus far has been amazing,” said Stewart, adding that other books are on the horizon. “So many have expressed how the words shifted their thought process towards their situation and circumstances, and we know there are many more that need to hear the messages in this book.”
Just as Almighty God had envisioned all along.
