She considers a field before she buys or accepts it — expanding her business prudently — with her profits, she plants fruitful vines in her vineyard. (Proverbs 31:16 Amplified Bible)
FRUITS OF HER LABOR

As LaQuita Parks vividly recalls, it all started out as a seed, one that would ultimately blossom into the divine purpose for which she was created.
“What began as a seed planted during one of the most painful seasons of my life has grown into a worldwide movement,” Parks, an esteemed Georgia businesswoman said, recalling the memorable, life-altering developments surrounding her featured entrepreneurial endeavor.
The “seed” to which Parks is referring is Pa-Pro-Vi Publishing, her Atlanta-based company that has become a fixture for offering a personal touch to ensure its clients who we are completely committed to the process “as we help them grow from caterpillars to butterflies,” said a spokesperson for Parks’ venture at https://paprovipublishing.com/what-we-do-1.
Parks’ Pa-Pro-Vi Publishing will celebrate its fifth year of existence during an official celebratory event August 30 at The Infinite Room in nearby Fayetteville, Georgia.

During an interview this week with Making Headline News, Parks emphasized, among other things, she relishes the notion that Pa-Pro-Vi Publishing has emerged as a massive game-changer for authors/aspiring authors, given she has managed to service clients in various U.S. markets and around the globe since its August 2020 inception.
“Authors from different states and countries have trusted Pa-Pro-Vi to steward their words,” Parks, Making Headline News Woman of the Year for 2022, said. “Their stories of pain, healing, joy, faith, and victory have touched countless readers, proving that storytelling is universal — it transcends borders, cultures, and backgrounds.”
A progressive, flourishing venture that was birthed amid the unprecedented global pandemic, Parks said her fervent quest to start her publishing company was centered largely on what she deems one “clear” vision.
One that, much to her delight, started out as a seed.
“(I was destined) to create a platform where pain could be transformed into progress, and progress into victory,” Parks said. “My ambition was never just to build a publishing company, but to build a bridge, helping people take their stories from thought to realization.”
SHE DID IT HER WAY
In essence, Parks acknowledged she was destined to create Pa-Pro-Vi to evolve to more than a business.
“I wanted it to be a ministry, a safe space, and a global movement of storytelling that could heal, inspire, and empower,” Parks told MHN. “Over the years, my goals have grown with the work to expand internationally, to nurture authors from diverse backgrounds, and to ensure that every story entrusted to me is handled with dignity, excellence, and purpose.”
By all accounts, Parks’ rising company undoubtedly endured its share of hardships. Regardless, she would be the first admit such immense struggles didn’t merely deter her from carrying out her God-mandated assignment.
“The journey has not been without its challenges,” Parks recalls. “There were moments when obstacles felt bigger than opportunities. From navigating the unpredictable publishing industry to managing health struggles and balancing countless roles, there were seasons when sustaining momentum required more prayer and perseverance than I thought I had to give.
“But I’ve learned that setbacks often come with setups,” Parks added. “The downs made me sharper, the challenges made me stronger, and the trials became testimonies. Each obstacle was really a steppingstone, shaping Pa-Pro-Vi into what it is today.”

Since Pro-Vi Publishing’s ceremonious inception, Parks said she is overwhelmingly grateful for the immeasurable strides her company has made throughout the years.
“We’ve helped hundreds of authors worldwide share their stories, crossing state lines and country borders, bringing together voices from the United States, Africa, Europe, and beyond,” Parks said of a company that has accommodated as many as 600 individuals since it went into operations. “We’ve published solo books, anthologies, and children’s stories, transforming raw pain into pages of triumph.”
That’s not all.
“We’ve produced international bestsellers, earning dozens of No. 1 new releases across multiple genres,” Parks explained. “We’ve hosted creative writing programs for youth, giving the next generation tools to write and heal. We’ve been recognized with awards, including my Honorary Doctorate, Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, and multiple publishing honors.
“Most importantly, we’ve kept our mission at the forefront: everybody, living or dead, has a story—and our goal is to help them tell it.”
DESTINY STEPS

Continued Parks:
“As I step into the next chapter, my ambitions remain bold. I envision Pa-Pro-Vi Publishing continuing to expand globally, mentoring more authors, creating more opportunities for healing through storytelling, and raising a legacy that outlives me. My prayer is that five years from now, we’ll look back and see not just books published, but lives changed, families restored, and communities empowered because one person dared to tell their story.”
A story that, in all likelihood, started out as a seed.
