MAKING HEADLINE NEWS SALUTES RUE MAYWEATHER
DALLAS — Rue Mayweather wasn’t in any way, shape, or form stretching the truth when, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, she recalled like yesterday how God had strategically birthed her with a life-changing vision.
A vision that, much to her delight, came wrapped up in a book.
“At the age of 11 years old,” said Mayweather (no relation to the famous pro boxer), explaining when she had become spiritually empowered to compose her awe-inspiring book entitled, “No Gold At The End Of The Rainbow.”
An emotionally informative written document Mayweather commenced to assembling prior to her deployment to Iraq in 2010, this beloved military veteran admittedly needed somewhere in the neighborhood of “54 years” to finish her first book.
Generally, it is a book that depicts an assortment of Mayweather’s personal experiences, most notably those about which she labels a story of true love, God’s love, family, murder, domestic violence, mental illness, not to mention an introduction to cocaine, homosexuality, as well as those who chose not to look for the gold at the end of the rainbow, she specifically acknowledged in a detailed breakdown of a “No Gold At The End Of The Rainbow” at No Gold At The End Of The Rainbow https://www.amazon.com/dp/1513631128
“There are several messages being conveyed in my book,” Mayweather said. “First, the book is very relatable even in today’s society. Secondly, when praying and seeking God for the right mate, (you’ve got to) recognize that special someone when they come into your life. If you don’t, you’ll end up abusing them.
“Thirdly, ‘No Gold At The End Of The Rainbow’ is sometimes being able to endure the storm and tell the story at the end,” Mayweather added.

While the vision to produce her first book had remained in her spirit for more than five decades, once Mayweather began the project, she said it took her approximately two weeks to actually write the manuscript.
Since the much-anticipated release of “No Gold At The End Of The Rainbow,” which can be purchased on Amazon.com, Mayweather’s reading audience has expressed such gratitude to her for having fortified enough faith to carry out her vision.
“The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Mayweather, adding that her book is dedicated to her mother. “The book sold out seven days after being released on my birthday on March 17, 2018. Comments veered from, ‘When is the next book?’ to ‘This book should be made into a movie.’ to ‘It is well written and easy to read’ to ‘Once I started, I couldn’t put it down,’ to ‘I laughed and I cried,’ to ‘I don’t like to read, but started reading this and really enjoyed it,’ to last but not least, ‘Is this a true story because I can relate to most of the things that happened in the book or I know someone whose life mirrors this story?’”
Currently a resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth area after having served 30 years in the United States Army, Mayweather doesn’t shy away from the notion that God created her in large part so that she could “relate to and touch the heart of people.”

“(These) books are written (and copy written) but not published,” Mayweather said.
