For starters, Lucas boasts a solid and immeasurable track record in her selected industry, most notably as a Human Resources Professional who is armed with over 25 years of experience.
Interestingly enough, Lucas is the chief executive officer of a three credible business ventures: His Glory Creations Publishing, LLC, His Glory Creations Christian Store, and Move to Your Best U Coaching Solutions, each of which has brought her a considerable amount of success.
For Lucas, a native of Greenville, North Carolina, her sustained success as an entrepreneur comes amid humble beginnings.

Lucas ceremoniously delved off into the ever-so-competitive entrepreneurship sector with the startup of His Glory Creations Publishing, LLC, her Wake County, North Carolina-based international Christian publishing company she founded in 2016. Approximately four years removed from its inception, Lucas’ His Glory Creations Publishing has become a fixture for helping launch the creative works of new, aspiring and, seasoned authors across the globe, she told MHN.
Generally, this is done through stories Lucas describes as inspirational, empowering, life-changing or educational in nature, including poetry, journals, children’s books and fiction and non-fiction literary works.
Three years later, Lucas founded His Glory Creations Christian Store, her thriving, progressive inspirational online store that offers Christian-oriented products, including apparel and books.

And, just last year — in the wake of the unprecedented global pandemic — Lucas witnessed the launch of Move To Your Best U Coaching Solutions, a personal coaching company that strategically empowers clients to live their “best life yet” in a variety of areas, particularly from spirituality, health and wellness, financial literacy, and career development.
Generally, Lucas’ personal transformational story — which led to the startup of Move To Your Best U Coaching Solutions — includes this accomplished businesswoman having lost 140 pounds in a 10-month timeframe between February and December of this past year.
“I have the opportunity to inspire so many to write and publish their stories,” said Lucas whom, along with two-and-a-half decades of entrepreneurial experience, has served as a ministry leader for nearly two decades. “Also, I am passionate about helping others to live their best life yet.”
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication, Lucas completed the Cornell University Women in Entrepreneurship Program in 2019. Consequently, she was a recipient of the Trailblazer in Publishing Award by the Women of Triumph Ministries International the following year.
A No. 1 international bestselling author, Lucas has written 16 books to date.
