Also, recipients must have invested more than 4,000 hours of community service in their lifetime in order to be eligible for this honor, according to organizers of this awards ceremony.
“In addition to those community members who are often seen physically contributing to make a difference, Dr. Miller will also award those women who use their voice as change agents to make a difference,” said a spokesperson Women On The Rise. “For Speakers” Golden Voice Awards Awards, they will be awarded to those women who use their voices to inspire the next generation to greatness, help elevate others out of trauma, and speak life into someone’s dreams which may be lying dormant.”
