I began hiding my shame and embarrassment behind an invisible mask. No one, including my husband, knew the true depth of my emotions.”

“I emerged from the clutches of negativity, heartache, and pain, finding freedom in embracing my true self,” Jones told MHN. “During this personal liberation, I realized I couldn’t remain silent.
