DALLAS — To her distinctly unique credit, Jessica Vaughn has drawn a rather intriguing, thought-provoking correlation to this thing called life.
“Being a track and field athlete and running the 400 (meter dash) is what I compare life to,” Vaughn, during a weekend interview with Making Headline News, said, explaining how her competitive drive in life has greatly propelled her for her business venture.
“My Uncle Murk and coach Charles Gates used to tell me this: ‘When you hear the gun, keep your head down and get out as fast as you can. On the back stretch, open up, but keep your speed, keep breathing because that monkey is going to jump on your back, but focus on your arms and keep kicking, and when you see the last straight way run like the devil is chasing you.’
“Literally, that’s life and knowing that it may hurt,” Vaughn continued, “but as long as I don’t quit, I’ll always win because I trained for this.”
Much to her delight, such wise, life-altering counsel is something which Vaughn has applied diligently to her everyday living, most notably as a thriving, progressive fitness-guru-turned-businesswoman.

A native of Ferris, Texas, Vaughn is owner and chief executive officer of JCFitness LLC and ConquerHer LLC.
Widely regarded as one of the finest fitness professionals in the Lone Star State, Vaughn’s JCFitness’ longstanding motto is accompanied by a significant meaning outside of the acronym that represents the owner’s name.
Because of whom she is and because of where God is taking her, the letters “JC” represent the initials of the Name that undoubtedly is above every name: Jesus Christ.
“And living for Christ is the only way to live, as well as living a healthy life,” Vaughn said in a detailed overview of her venture on JCFitness LLC’s Facebook business page. “Our bodies are His temple, and with that, we believe in not only educating our clients on their physical health, but their spiritual health as well.”
Like JCFitness LLC, Vaughn’s ConquerHer LLC is designed strategically to promote helping people physically, mentally, and spiritually. Under the ConquerHer LLC umbrella of Vaughn’s endeavor, the 32-year-old fitness phenom assumes the roles both as a fitness professional and motivational speaker.
Moreover, JCFitness customarily provides exercise classes and personal training for people nationwide, whereas ConquerHer is designed to aid women with what Vaughn describes as the mental and/or emotional and spiritual traumas they deal with.
“I am actually about to launch a line of products that will help women lose weight and get tighten their excess skin without having surgery,” said Vaughn, who also has become a fixture as a Herbalife Health Coach.
CHRIST-CENTERED SUCCESS
A credible company that is widely known for operating internationally and distributing its products in roughly 95 countries as of July 2015, according to a detailed description of the company at www.goherbalife.com, Herbalife is comprised of approximately 3.2 million independent distributors, many of whom earn profits on product sales and additional commission from a network marketing compensation structure, according to a spokesperson for the globally-acclaimed company.
Having been a fitness professional for nearly a decade and-a-half, Vaughn’s entrepreneurship stint spans nine years, a tenure that is centered largely on helping people to become a better version of themselves — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Having acquired an undergraduate degree in Health Promotion, Vaughn is currently pursuing a dual Masters and Doctorate Degree in Counseling.

A venture that is starting to generate some credible exposure outside of Texas — most notably Colorado, North Carolina, and Jamaica — Vaugh credits her mentor, Connie Kercher, for having sparked her interest in her selected industry.
“(She was my) initial influence in college,” Vaughn said of Kercher. As a fell in love with the industry, I was able to tie in all of my passions and values from people like Billy Murkledove, who always invested in the kids of Dallas, or Charles Gates, who has groomed several athletic superstars. And honestly myself.”
All things considered, Vaughn doesn’t shy away from the notion that she is walking fervently in the divine calling for which she was created.
“It’s what I was called to do,” Vaughn said. “I’ve overcome and, most importantly, have learned from so many (people) in life that I feel compelled to help others. It’s what makes me happy to see that I am making a difference.”
Indeed she is — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
