Much to her delight, God is showing up and showing off in 2021 for Shania Danielle Elliott-McDowell.
For starters, Elliott-McDowell has been blessing mightily to assemble a trio of books, the latest of which is her initial solo-authored written work that will make its ceremonious debut sometime in the foreseeable future.
And, just recently, Elliott-McDowell announce the restart of Decadent Chef, her professional private chef/cater venture that was originally established in 2012.
A native Brooklyn, New York, the resurgence of Elliott-McDowell’s featured business endeavors comes after a brief hiatus.
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Elliott-McDowell has become a fixture while serving in the military — she spent two years in the United States Army and eight years in The U.S. National Guard — during which she invested a considerable amount of time as a cook.

Consequently, she enrolled at Johnson & Wales University-Charlotte Campus, where she ultimately graduated with a Culinary Degree.
“I am personal chef who caters to the professional, the busy mom who wants to eat healthier, but loves to explore their palate” Elliott-McDowell told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “I’ve always enjoyed a challenge. I always knew that I wanted to have my own business to create a legacy to pass down to my children.”
When asked what she like the most about her business, Elliott-McDowell emphasized, among other things, that her keen ability to demonstrate creativity essentially tops the list.

Having commenced to cooking on a regular basis some nine years ago, Elliott-McDowell’s Decadent Chef customarily services clients and groups of all ages, particularly “older professionals and working moms,” she said.
Interestingly enough, Elliott-McDowell’s presence in the military has afforded her the golden opportunity to span the globe during which she was allowed to put on display her immeasurable culinary mechanics.

“(I’m committed) to giving people an experience with fruit that they have never tried,” said Elliott-McDowell, explaining her personal mission for functioning as a professional chef.
An accomplished author of three books to date, Elliott-McDowell recently joined fellow Charlotte businesswoman Joan T. Randall’s anthology, The Image In The Mirror: The Reflection That Inspired The Courage To Live Limitlessly, which made its debut in February 2021.
Elliott-McDowell also is one of eight writers who collectively assembled Evolve From Heartbreaks To Hearts Healed, a 152-page anthology that is spearheaded by Patrice Webb Bush.

Just recently, she has announced the forthcoming release of her solo-authored book, The Conviction An Unlikely Affair, although an official date has yet to be determined.
As for her fervent rise a culinary guru, Elliott-McDowell credits her parents for contributing mightily to her success in this arena.
“My parents…they have always expressed to us that being different is a blessing,” Elliott-McDowell said. “In today’s society, it’s okay to be the triangle inside of a square, meaning it’s okay to be different. Some people won’t understand, but the ones that do, will always cherish your uniqueness.”
