For I reckon that the sufferings of the present time are not comparable to the coming glory to be revealed to us. (Romans 8:18 BLB)
PURPOSE PUSHER
DALLAS — For Brandie Pyburn-Smith, arguably the most sensible thing she’s done in the recent past when adversity surfaced in her life to challenge her faith is to let go and let God.
To her credit, that is amongst the notable suggestions Pyburn-Smith vividly addresses in her latest work as a three-time published author.
Suitably known as “Brandie-ReNae,” Pyburn-Smith is one of 10 co-authors who have collectively joined forces to assemble Diamonds In The Rough: 3rd Edition, the highly-anticipated anthology that is spearheaded by Gainesville, Florida author Dr. Charmaine Powell.
A book that is scheduled to debut in Summer 2021, Diamonds In The Rough: 3rd Edition is comprised of a gallery of Christian-based authors, each of whom has become greatly inspired to disclose their assortment of life-altering testimonies, all of which will almost certain to help advance the kingdom for years to come.

For Pyburn-Smith, who has composed a book every year since making her authorship debut in January 2020, her rise to becoming an accomplished and gifted author comes amid humble beginnings.
“(I’m determined to remind the masses) that God can really transform tragedy into blessings when you let Him,” said Pyburn-Smith, explaining the divine message for fellowshipping with the other co-authors for Diamonds In The Rough: 3rd Edition.
Interestingly, Pyburn-Smith goes as far as to appropriately describe her contributions to Diamonds In The Rough: 3rd Edition as “breaking news,” of sorts.
There is, by all accounts, a coherent reason why, she acknowledged.
“It is a true story that many can and will relate to concerning all of life’s issues and situations,” Pyburn-Smith said. “God’s purpose through my books is to lead more to Christ for healing.”
Much to her delight, 2020 essentially was Pyburn-Smith’s coming out party as an author.

That’s because after witnessing her authorship debut come full circle with the release of The Mess That Gifted The Messenger, Pyburn-Smith wasted little time composing her sophomore book entitled, She Fell For The Setup, which is still in the production stages, she announced.
“June 2020 was when I received an urge to write another book after my first book release in January 2020,” Pyburn-Smith said of her second solo-author project. “I began the short story writing process in November 2020. I have yet to finish as God is still adding chapters to the book.”
Given she has officially decided on a cover for She Fell For The Setup, it appears that book is drawer ever so closely to the final stages.
“(This book is about) healing and restoration according to God’s plan,” Pyburn-Smith explained. “These books are testimonies. They are the true meaning of life and how God’s promises are still ‘Yes and Amen.’”
As for having joined her first anthology, Pyburn-Smith expressed her gratification for having collaborated with Dr. Powell. In addition, she’s already become the beneficiary of a rash of rave reviews.
“(Several have said) that my book has helped so many women in restoring a closer walk with God,” Pyburn-Smith said. “It has also given women a chance to forgive themselves to begin the healing process. My book has been a life-changer and they look forward to reading my upcoming books in the future.”
While the COVID-19 pandemic has delayed several events within the past year, including a scheduled appearance at an empowerment conference, Pyburn-Smith said she looks forward to resuming global traveling in early 2022, during which she will speak before sizable groups and promote her books.
As for other book projects, Pyburn-Smith said: “I am preparing my thoughts to write a novel on the psychology habits. I want to encourage any writers who are on the fence about writing that it takes time but, most importantly, it takes consistency. No good writer knows where to start. They just start and don’t stop until the end. The end is the finale in which you feel everything is finally complete.”
Appropriately and eloquently uttered by this beloved, gifted, and accomplished author of three books.
And counting.
