EDITOR’S NOTE: In honor of Florida Author Mahogany Clark’s immeasurable strides as a four-time author, Making Headline News deemed it necessary to label this our Annual Memorial Day Weekend Special Report
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease, where there are tongues, they will be stilled, where there is knowledge, it will pass away. (1 Corinthians 13:4-8 NIV)
AMERICA’S AUTHOR
Mahogany Clark has yet to reach 25 years of age, yet she’s got this authorship thing down pat.
At just the tender age of 22, Clark could be appropriately described as a serial author, having composed four books in a span of three years.
Her latest published masterpiece: Somebody Always Loves You, Clark’s highly-anticipated children’s book that is starting to create a fervent buzz around various message boards and social media platforms.
For Clark, a Miami-based writer and United States Army soldier, she contends Somebody Always Loves You is arguably her most cherished and sought after written work to date.

“I would say that this book is a part of my purpose God has for me, because it is my voice to others that may need this message,” Clark told Making Headline News during a weekend interview. “My writings are a piece of who I am and what I went through and shared with the world. So (my readers) can know there is always more to life and to stay encouraged.”
A book that is comprised of 27 pages, Clark’s Somebody Always Loves You made its official debut in October 2020 and teaches young children that they are always loved and cared for because, according to this beloved author, our first loves are our parents or the people who help raise us, as mentioned in a detailed synopsis of Clark’s book at Amazon.com.
“And, a lot of the time, children are not told enough that no matter what, they are and will forever be loved,” writes Clarks, explaining the purpose for her featured children’s book. “It is important to have the correct nourishment from a young age because it will determine your future relationships with the people you encounter. Sometimes the people closest to us such as our parents, family, and friends are so consumed with the stresses in their own lives it seems that they have forgotten about you.
“This book teaches our younger children that even when mom and dad are busy, sister and brother are there, or grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle and friends,” Clarks continued. “There were times when I was younger and I felt alone — even with so many people around me — simply because the two people whom I needed most in my life caused me a lot of pain, but I had family, friends, and mentors around that I could look to. Therefore, I chose to bring awareness to the younger crowd that someone always care, and someone is always there. Believe in that always and never forget, no matter what you do because somebody always loves you.”
A native of Miami, Clark witnessed her authorship tenure come full circle in May 2019 with the release of the 38-page Self Love: A Book Of Poetry By Mahogany.
Consequently, Clark’s sophomore book, the 47-page A Cup Of Family Tea, made its ceremonious release on December 4, 2019. Approximately two months later, Clark’s third book, Four Ways To Market Your Book, Products & Services (the eBook version), was released.
LOVE WITHOUT LIMITS
As for Somebody Always Loves You, Clark emphasized her divine message is rather forthright and to-the-point.
“(My message to my readers is) somebody always loves them no matter what, and they should always know and feel that love,” Clark said. “I went through a lot in my life of 22 years, had a hard childhood, and I did not always feel loved. I want to make sure other children know they are always loved, whether they are having a hard life so young or not.”
Now with four books under her belt, Clark hinted that she plans to take a brief hiatus from writing before Book No. 5 becomes a reality.
“As of now, no more books I plan on writing,” Clark told MHN. “Just pushing my current books out further than I already have.”
