“We are community-driven and thrive to educate, empower, engage, and encourage women to live healed and healthy lives,” Basnight-Menendez told Making Headline News during a recent interview.
Suitably known as the “No. 1 Black Face of Women in Menopause,” Basnight-Menendez emphasized, among other things, that INSO Inc. Inside-Out caters mostly women ranging in ages 45 to 55 or, as she precisely acknowledged, “women getting ready to embark on their menopausal journey.”

For Basnight-Menendez, her fervent quest for establishing her rising empowerment organizations comes amid her life-altering assessment, one that was centered largely on her desire to simply get out of her own way.
“The competitive drive in life propelled me for my business venture in that I was the only holding me back from doing what God has called me to do,” Basnight-Menendez told MHN. “Life has its challenges, but how we respond and handle the challenges determines how or if we move forward.”
An international motivational speaker and bestselling author whom, last year, spearheaded the highly-anticipated anthology, Women Who Pray: 90 Days Of Powerful Prayers, Basnight-Menendez has been afforded the golden opportunity to promote her credible organization outside of the United States which, as a result, has contributed to it reaping sustained success.

Born in Frankfurt, Germany, Basnight-Menendez is a graduate of Norfolk’s Booker T. Washington High School who acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Norfolk State University.
