The Newport News, Virginia businesswoman-turned-visionary-author this week announced that Injustice Volume II: Empowered By Dr. Iris Wright has officially garnered Amazon Bestseller status for an anthology that is little more than one month removed from it ceremonious release.
“I was super excited,” Dr. Wright, a nine-time best-selling author, told Making Headline News. “As a visionary with only one year of experience, this is an awesome accomplishment. My Authors are amazingly excited as well.”
For their valiant efforts, Dr. Wright and her co-authors will commemorate their latest milestone during its Second Annual Injustice Movement Celebration May 11 from 3-8 pm EDT at the Colonial Heritage Club, located at 6500 Arthur Hills Drive in Williamsburg, Virginia.

The second edition of Injustice Volume comes a little less than one year after Dr. Wright’s debut volume of her collaborative book project.

“Our stories are what makes this book special and how we learned to evolve from the situation,” Dr. Wright told MHN. “Reliving our situations by writing our stories, it is not easy, but we had each other’s support to help us get through it. We had a lot of support as well from people who pre-ordered their copies of the book.
“This is so much more than a book to us,” Dr. Wright continued. “This is a movement. Our stories are important conversations that should be talked about. We must learn how to properly heal from our life experiences so we can elevate from it. We must continue to fight without fighting and know how powerful our voices really are.”
