Arkansas businesswoman Mykia Brooks defies slew of odds, establishes a flourishing nonprofit organization

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV)

GOD’S BEACON OF LIGHT

SHYNE ON ME — A native of Blytheville, Arkansas, Mykia Brooks is the founder and CEO of Shyne Her Light INC., her Mid-South-area non-profit organization that is centered largely on promoting unity within women empowerment.

To her distinctly unique credit, Mykia Brooks isn’t your typical 27-year-old.

Credit the fact that she’s diligently on fire for God as arguably the biggest reason why.
For what it’s worth, it is due in large part to Brooks’ spirited and innovative disposition that have greatly enabled her to function mightily in her element, both as a Pastor and thriving entrepreneur — with God, her Helper, steering the way.
“What I like most is the women who are motivated by God (and that God is) using me to share my story or encourage them,” Brooks, during an interview this week with Making Headline News said, when asked what she likes the most about her flourishing venture.

Interestingly, Shyne Her Light sometime last year was spearheaded as a women empowerment group on Facebook and nearly 400 women have since joined Brooks’ credible organization, which has become widely known for its fervent commitment to empower, equip, and edify women to become the best versions of themselves.

Moreover, Brooks’ nonprofit organization has steadfastly set itself apart as an advocate for mental health, diabetes, and cancer, she told MHN.

That’s not all.

“Shyne Her Light INC. believes in helping, motivating, and inspiring every woman, no matter her race, background, or where she is from,” Brooks said. “(We strive to) soar into the greatness that she is born to be.”

RAPID GROWTH — Interestingly, Shyne Her Light sometime last year was spearheaded as a women empowerment group on Facebook and nearly 400 women have since joined Brooks’ credible organization, which has become widely known for its fervent commitment to empower, equip, and edify women to become the best versions of themselves..

In addition, Shyne Her Light INC. customarily provides mentoring for individuals ranging in ages 16-and-up, focusing mainly on personal development, professional development, business marketing, and spiritual guidance.

Also, Shyne Her Light INC. hosts business seminars for women, particularly those who aspire to start a business or currently run a business, but are seeking to network or gain pertinent information that would greatly enable them to become businesswomen.

“We look forward to the now and future to helping women no matter the situation or her past soar and evolve,” Brooks said.

By and large, Brooks’ Shyne Her Light INC. emerged amid humble beginnings. Amongst the reasons is that Brooks has surpassed things in her life, a trend that had ultimately given way to her ability to disconnect her from her purpose, as mentioned in a detailed introduction of her organization at https://www.shyneherlight.org/aboutceo.

THE PROVERBS 31 AFFECT

Though she has yet to reach her 30’s, Brooks undoubtedly has endured her share of turmoil, from having conquered depression, molestation, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, mental abuse in relationships, diabetes, and financial struggles, among other things.

But God…

“She has overcome her biggest giants and uses her pain and trauma to empower other women to soar,” said a spoke for Brooks Shyne Her Light INC.

Interestingly and much to her delight, Brooks’ credible organization was birthed primarily when God once commanded her “to keep shining your light,” she recalls.

She’s since taken her Father’s direct commands and made it apart of the divine purpose for which she was created.

Yep, that’s just like God, always providing for His children a much-needed way of escape.

“God gave me that when I was being mentally abused,” said Brooks, alluding to the startup of her nonprofit. “Every time I post about Shyne Her Light, I’m reminded how I beat depression, sickness, suicidal, overcame low self-esteem, and created a platform for women to soar and become whom God intended for them to be.”

Brooks is overwhelmingly grateful of the notion that all things have worked together for her good.

“I knew that I (was) created for a purpose even when I fought my toughest battles of dealing with diabetes and going through the process of almost losing my eyesight,” Brooks explained. “God’s hands were on me for such a time like this. I stand for every woman that have or is facing depression, molestation, hardship, and healing.”

WHAT ABOUT US? Shyne Her Light INC. customarily provides mentoring for individuals ranging in ages 16-and-up, focusing mainly on personal development, professional development, business marketing, and spiritual guidance. Also, Shyne Her Light hosts business seminars for women, particularly those who aspire to start a business or currently run a business, but is seeking to network or gain pertinent information that would greatly enable them to become business women.

Upon graduating high school in 2010, Brooks earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminology Psychology from Arkansas Northeastern Community College in May 2013.

She is currently enrolled at Liberty University, where she is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Coach and Counseling Psychology and is expected to graduate is May 2021.

She will then pursue a Masters in Professional Counseling (Clinical Mental Health) and boasts lofty aspirations of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Though she has yet to reach her 30’s, Brooks undoubtedly has endured her share of turmoil, from having conquered depression, molestation, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, mental abuse in relationships, diabetes, and financial struggles, among other things.

A progressive nonprofit organization that has enjoyed constant success since it went into full operations on September 2, 2019, Brooks’ itinerary includes hosting Shyne Her Light’s inaugural Meet & Greet Seminar on December 21 at 6:30 p.m. CST at Nehemiah’s Holy Temple, the church she pastors that’s located at 1400 Chickasawba in Blytheville.

An event that will be accompanied by the theme, “Sunshine Like A Boss, Act Like A Woman” and is free and open to the public, this meet and greet will feature a few speakers, many of whom will provide strategic insight on starting a business, personal finances, business finances, skin care, having a healthy lifestyle, everyday makeup for working women, digital marking, and “so much more,” Brooks said.

SEASON OF DESTINY STEPS

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER — Upon graduating high school in 2010, Brooks earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminology Psychology from Arkansas Northeastern Community College in May 2013. She is currently enrolled at Liberty University, where she is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Coach and Counseling Psychology and is expected to graduate is May 2021.

Brooks’ Shyne HER Light was originally named “Shyne Your Light,” which was an encouragement name to which God had introduced her when she was praying on a way to escape a toxic relationship mired by mental abuse.

Interestingly, Brooks would subsequently change the name of her organization to “Shyne HER Light” once her empowerment group was officially established, in large part because she realized all through which she has gone was to help the next woman.

To her credit, she’s been nothing short of remarkable — with God, her Helper, steering the way.

Atlanta-area Pastor Machele Pace’s new book provides brilliant insight on the benefits of prayer

Rejoice always; Pray without ceasing; In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NKJV)

STAYING PRAYED UP

WAR ROOM — A native of Pelham, Georgia, Machele Pace is the mastermind behind the newly-produced book entitled, “Prayer Primer For The Christian Devotionalist,” a spiritually-refreshing written work that made its official release in August 2019.

Notice, if you will, the two intriguing words that accompany Machele Pace’s name, particularly on her Facebook page:  Uncommon Favor.

For the record, there is a variety of reasons why this devout woman of faith deemed it essential to include those two words with her name.
“My life has always consisted of a life of prayer and expression of intimacy with God through relationship,” Pace told Making Headline News during a recent interview.
It is due in large part because of Pace’s immeasurable, bend-but-don’t break faith walk, coupled with her resilient prayer life that God has bestowed upon her — you’ve guess it — her share of uncommon favor.
So much, in fact, that this young preacher of the Gospel has been blessed to the add to her spiritual repertoire the proverbial Christian-based authorship title.

A native of Pelham, Georgia, Pace is the mastermind behind the newly-produced book entitled, “Prayer Primer For The Christian Devotionalist,” a spiritually-refreshing written work that made its official release in August 2019.

Approximately three months removed from having made her authorship debut, Pace is giddy of the fact that her vision to compose a compelling book has come full circle with God, her Helper, steering the way.

Having turned 47 on Tuesday (November 12), Pace has become a fixture on social media for leading regular prayers via Facebook Live.

A book she needed somewhere in the neighborhood of just 21 days to assemble, Pace has generated nothing short of favorable feedback since the release of “Prayer Primer For The Christian Devotionalist.”

“The vision came to write the book one day from people whom I would encounter in church or at gatherings, at work, or on social media who would let me know that they admired how I prayed, but they always ended with I wish I was disciplined to pray more,” Pace said. “So while I was in prayer, praying for believers to embrace more of a lifestyle of prayer, the Lord gave me (the vision) to write a practical guide to prayer.”

And the rest, as they say, was history.

The beloved minster at Ahavah Christian Fellowship Church — a ministry that is centered on prayer, the word, worship and praise, and evangelistic outreach — Pace’s “Prayer Primer For The Christian Devotionalist” was assembled to accommodate the lifestyle of people from various walks of life, even those often find it difficult to established a solid prayer life.

“(I wrote this book) so that anyone — whether seasoned or a beginner in prayer — could have a tool that would help them better understand how to approach prayer and how to strengthen their prayer life,” Pace said. “Never forsake prayer. It does not matter where you are in life, you can and should always pray and you can always improve your prayer life and time with Father God.”

Pace thought it necessary to issue a warning, of sorts, to those who frequently abort their privilege to pray.

“Prayerlessness allows the enemy to gain advantages in our lives, but a life of prayer will give rise to the will of God that leads to purpose and destiny for our lives,” Pace explained. “Prayer is pretty powerful when we think about it.”

A book she needed somewhere in the neighborhood of just 21 days to assemble, Pace has generated nothing short of favorable feedback since the release of “Prayer Primer For The Christian Devotionalist.”

ON GOD’S BATTLEFIELD — The daughter of Pastor Jerome Pace and Everlene Mitchell of Pelham, Machele Pace received Jesus  Christ and became filled with the Holy Ghost at the tender age of 13.

“I am being told by those who have already purchased the book that it has caused them to see a different sensitivity to prayer; for others, it has helped them redevelop a prayer life with understanding, yet others it has helped them to pray from a different foundation of prayer helping them to mature their prayer life,” Pace said. “Some are even teaching their children through steps in the book that are very hands-on and easy to follow to develop a more stable and successful prayer life.”

Now that her authorship debut is effectively underway, Pace is destined to write Book No. 2 much sooner than later, a project that will also address the benefits of exemplifying a solid prayer life.

“I am working on another more in-depth prayer book that will consist of a book of prayers,” said Pace who typically hosts conferences that are geared toward the subjects that are addressed in her book. “I am also working on a book that is a self-help book that is based more on my professional training and knowledge. It will help many gain balance in critical life moments.”

She officially accepted her divine call to ministry in 1996 during which she had become a licensed minister under the leadership and spiritual covering of the late Apostle Dr. Leon Bryant Seymore of Jacksonville, Florida.

Two years later, Pace was installed as a Pastor under the same ministry for which she accepted her calling, a development that ultimately led to her becoming the Pastor of Ahavah Worship Center in Decatur, Georgia.

Approximately three months removed from having made her authorship debut, Pace is giddy of the fact that her vision to compose a book has come full circle with God, her Helper, steering the way.

Much to her delight, that God has strategically anointed Pace to become an author aligns with the purpose for which she was created. Pace’s ministerial career spans two decades.

“I believe that one of my God-given purposes in the earth is to lead people back to a place in God that is true and authentic through the platform of prayer…to help our generation understand why we pray and, most importantly, how to pray that we can be successful, praying prayers that will terminate the insults of the enemy of our souls as well as help us to freely move into our God-given destinies…to also pass to the next generation prayer as a staple in families and homes alike,” Pace said.

Talk about putting uncommon favor to good use.

Los Angeles’ own La Toyia Hampton generating favorable reviews through her newly-produced book

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. (Romans 8:18 NIV)

PURPOSED FOR PAIN

GOD’S PLAN — For La Toyia Hampton, a native of Los Angeles who resides in Lancaster, California, her ideal way of escape through that about which she had endured came wrapped up in an awe-inspiring book. Also known as an accomplished transformational coach, speaker, and empowerment mentor, Hampton is the mastermind behind the book entitled, “Now I Know: The Hidden Victim (If You Can’t Protect Yourself, You Can’t Protect Your Children).”

La Toyia Hampton doesn’t look like what she’s been through.

Need more proof?
Consider, for instance, the turmoil and seemingly insurmountable obstacles she had to face, particularly during a time where it seemed there was no conceivable way of escape.
“In 1998, when my own children were removed from me,” Hampton, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, recalling the tumultuous events that gave way to having delved off into the authorship industry. “I realized that I was repeating a cycle set for me by my grandparents. I needed others to know that there is another way.”

All things considered, Hampton sensed that because she’s shared her assortment of life-changing experiences in her newly-produced book, strongholds have been broken in her life.

Also known as an accomplished transformational coach, speaker, and empowerment mentor, Hampton is the mastermind behind the book entitled, “Now I Know: The Hidden Victim (If You Can’t Protect Yourself, You Can’t Protect Your Children).”

An inspiring and empowering written work that is comprised of 90 pages Hampton’s “Now I Know: The Hidden Victim (If You Can’t Protect Yourself, You Can’t Protect Your Children)” made its ceremonious debut on the market on July 30, 2019.

In a book that has already garnered an assortment of rave reviews, Hampton deemed it essential to remind the masses that your children are affected by the trauma you experience in your life, as mentioned in a detailed introduction at Amazon.com.

An inspiring and empowering written work that is comprised of 90 pages Hampton’s “Now I Know: The Hidden Victim (If You Can’t Protect Yourself, You Can’t Protect Your Children)” made its ceremonious debut on the market on July 30, 2019.

“Even if they have not witnessed a single incident, children are connected to their mother through their very being,” said an Amazon spokesperson for Hampton’s ‘Now I Know: The Hidden Victim (If You Can’t Protect Yourself, You Can’t Protect Your Children).’ “At one point, each child was connected by every breath, every emotion, and every heartbeat to the only life source they know — mother. When mothers are experiencing pain of any sort, their children are hurting as well. Children spend time hurting, not understanding why.”

To her credit, Hampton has gone to great lengths to share a great deal of transparency in a book that figures to have an influential impact for years to come.

“I want every victim of domestic violence to know that as a mother that is the victim, the likelihood is that your child is being abused in some form,” said Hampton, explaining the divine message she aspires to get across to her reading audience. “We often think because our kids are not being physically hit or not seeing us as mothers being abuse that they are not affected by the abuse.”

As Hampton explained, she vividly recalls like yesterday her downtrodden season in the wilderness.

“I was sexually assaulted in bed with my intoxicated mother lying next to me,” Hampton said. “I chose to write this book, because I felt that I was the only one that I have experienced so much trauma as a person. I had such a horrific childhood. I (sensed) I was the only person until it was brought to my attention that other women have these experiences.”

All things considered, Hampton sensed that because she’s shared her assortment of life-changing experiences in her newly-produced book, strongholds have been broken in her life.

Now she’s destined to inspire others to follow suit — with God, her Helper, steering the way.

“Because of (my experiences), I decided to go back and make sure that every person that can hear my voice understands that they, too, can move out of trauma and become a healthy whole woman again, living beyond the past trauma and past experiences.”

Without question, she would know, in large part because this beloved author and devout woman of faith surely don’t look like what she’s been through.

Arizona businesswoman Celest Taylor carrying on her son’s memory through her empowerment endeavor

I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well. (Psalm 139:14 NIV)

BLESSED BEYOND MEASURES

THIS IS THE LORD’S DOING — Because she stayed true to herself, because she stayed with God, the Giver of life, what she had ultimately discovered was that God strategically positioned her so that He could, in turn, blow her mind. And so it came to pass, the startup of Celest Taylor’s progressive, flourishing business venture that is Blessed & Beautiful Beginnings LLC, her Phoenix, Arizona-based venture that is centered largely on having a global impact, most notably through the ever-so-competitive empowerment industry.

For Celest Taylor, it was, by all accounts, a life-changing development she describes as “tragedy to triumph.”

Still, because she stayed true to herself, because she stayed with God, the Giver of life, what she had ultimately discovered was that God strategically positioned her so that He could, in turn, blow her mind.
And so it came to pass, the startup of Taylor’s progressive, flourishing business venture that is Blessed & Beautiful Beginnings LLC, her Phoenix, Arizona-based venture that is centered largely on having a global impact, most notably through the ever-so-competitive empowerment industry.

For Taylor, a native of Philadelphia, her rise to achieving entrepreneurship success didn’t come easy.

Rather, it came full circle amid arguably the most downtrodden season of her young life.

Also the founder and CEO of Sisters Blessing Sisters & Blessed Kings United LLC, Taylor established her featured venture after the death of her oldest son, Edward Taylor, whose life was tragically cut short on July 17, 2007 in Asheville, North Carolina.

Left to recall his awe-inspiring memory and carry out his legacy, Taylor, at some point in time, sensed she had no choice but to become totally dependent and reliant of God for some much-needed sense of direction.

She’d be the first to admit she’s glad she did.

REMEMBERING EDWARD

“I made a promise (to God) that each year, we’d honor Him by honoring others (through) giving,” said Taylor, whose empowerment venture accommodates individuals ranging in ages 25-to-75 years of age. “We have something for everyone.”

To her credit, Taylor’s venture has greatly afforded her the golden opportunity to impact and inspire the masses in such places as Boston, New York City, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Phoenix, as well as in Beverly Hills, California, where she will host a women’s event in the foreseeable future.

“We’re also rebuilding and starting over worldwide through Google and Instagram,” Taylor said. “(We want) to give back and make a difference and build our outreach and motivational (speaking) events and venues.”

Much to her delight, Taylor has been afforded the golden opportunity to expand her immeasurable empowerment gifts, considered she recently hosted what is known as “Our Blessed & Beautiful Beginnings Sisters Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon,” as well as “Our Sisters Blessing Sisters Domestic Violence Awareness Prayer Dinner.”

All things considered, Taylor doesn’t shy away from the notion that the immeasurable strides she’s making throughout the kingdom is what her late son would have wanted.

Taylor earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Health Care Studies from Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. She’s currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree from Strayer University.

New Jersey Pastor Dr. Laura Anderson defies rash of odds en route to accepting her God-mandated calling

“He who pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honor.” (Proverbs 21:21)

GOD IS WITH HER

GOD’S LEADING LADY — A native of Farmersville, Alabama, Apostle Dr. Laura Anderson, 55, is the Senior Pastor of Emanuel Healing Deliverance Cathedral, her Bayville, New Jersey-area ministry that is located at 91 Atlantic City Boulevard.

During the infancy stages of her teenage life, Apostle Dr. Laura Anderson wouldn’t be what most would describe as a typical teenager.

Consider, for instance, her notable upbringing in the church.
“Received the Holy Ghost and baptism in Jesus Name at the age of 14,” Dr. Anderson, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, recalling arguably one of the memorable spiritual moments of her life, during which she had effectively sold out to Almighty God within the walls of Apostolic Fountain Ministry Birthing Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
And the rest, as they say, was history.
Consequently, that Dr. Anderson had deemed it essential to live for Christ, by all accounts, had given way to her spiritual gifts being discovered in ways unimaginable, particularly by her then-Pastor, James Whitmore, who recognized her gift of the prophesy some two years later.

A ministerial tenure that spans nearly four decades, Dr. Anderson became a Prophet in 1980. Her Pastoral tenure commenced in 2000.

“(I was being) used by God mightily at a young age,” said Dr. Anderson, who eventually served in what was known as missionary outreach, all the while exposing her immeasurable talents as a playwright and youth advisor.

Years later, Dr. Anderson began to steadily have a valiant impact in the Body of Christ, a trend that ultimately led to her becoming an ordain elder, as well as what was known as an office prophet, during which she was afforded the golden opportunity to display her administrative skills.

A native of Farmersville, Alabama, Dr. Anderson, 55, is the Senior Pastor of Emanuel Healing Deliverance Cathedral, her Bayville, New Jersey-area ministry that is located at 91 Atlantic City Boulevard.

For Dr. Anderson, her rise to evolving as a fixture in the Body of Christ comes amid a rash of unfavorable circumstances through which she’s managed to persevere and conquer.

“When chosen for the nursing administrative position, pastoral office, because of such negative influences in my life — verbal, sexual, physical and mental abuse of dyslexia and other learning disability — I was a woman who struggled with academic challenges,” Dr. Anderson recalled. “(I was) told I would never be nothing and was tormented by the spirit of apathy and abandonment.”

Still, such turmoil never in any way, shape, or form deterred this devout woman of faith from pressing and navigating toward the purpose for which God created her.

FAITH & FAMILY FOCUS

Having initially began witnessing God set her aside for His use in ministry a little more than two decades ago, Dr. Anderson is a part of a family of resourceful preachers including her husband, Pastor William Anderson, her brother, Mikelin Oliver, her daughter, and her daughters, Prophetess Precious Lester and Elder Takola Gonzalez, both of whom work alongside her in ministry.

If nothing else, she was destined to become an even bigger and better version of herself with God, her Helper, steering the way.

“After embracing my call to the office as a Pastor, I experienced the withdrawal of those I supported and I called family and friends,” Dr. Anderson said. “(It was a) betrayal of covenant, which causes great emotional pain.”

At times, Dr. Anderson explained, such a tear-jerking, seemingly uncontrollable sequence appeared downright discomforting and uncalled for — for the most part.

“Many reneged on their promises, and I found myself in a dessert place alone, rejected, lonely, suspicious of not knowing who I could trust,” Dr. Anderson said. “I began to doubt that God had chosen me to lead His people.”

But what she had ultimately found out was that God’s ways were far more superior to hers — and anybody else’s for that matter.

“When I allow God voice to overpower all of my doubt, torment, shame and false influence, He taught me to trust Him every step of the way,” Dr. Anderson said. “I began to see it wasn’t what others thought about me or even what I thought about myself. I realize God chose and predestined me for the mandate that He put on by life, not man.”

SHE’S SOLD OUT — That Dr. Anderson had deemed it essential to live for Christ, by all accounts, had given way to her spiritual gifts being discovered, particularly by her then-Pastor, James Whitmore, who recognized her gift of the prophesy some two after she had become baptized with the precious Holy Ghost.

And the rest, as they say, was history.

Through her immeasurable gifts to the Body of Christ, Dr. Anderson founded Laura Anderson Ministries in 2007, which is widely regarded as an international evangelist ministry, of sorts.

Nearly a decade later, she was officially installed as Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Healing Deliverance Cathedral, a milestones that has greatly enabled her to execute Doctrines Of Divinity, all the while assuming the illustrious offices of Epistle Bishop and Affirm Apostle.

A ministerial tenure that spans nearly four decades, Dr. Anderson became a Prophet in 1980. Her Pastoral tenure commenced in 2000.

HE WAS THERE ALL THE TIME — For Dr. Anderson, her rise to evolving as a fixture in the Body of Christ comes amid a rash of unfavorable circumstance through which she’s managed to persevere and conquer.

“I continue to soar, knowing God does not call the qualified; He qualifies the called,” said Dr. Anderson, who interestingly survived — and “defeated” — a premature death 1986 amid a battle with depression. “I’m glad I responded to the call. Yes, I believe He called and chose me with all of my imperfects to make perfect (His will.)”

For nearly 40 years — and counting.

Texas author Wendi Hayman’s new book recalls ongoing affair with Pastor, fellow church members

HEALED, DELIVERED, AND SET FREE

WHAT’S THE CHURCH 411? Published by Glory to Glory Publications, Wendi Hayman’s “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors” depicts her emotionally-driven memory, during which she assumed an administrative role to the Pastor of the church she attended.

DALLAS — Don’t get it twisted.

Wendi Hayman would be the first to admit that she isn’t addressing the media about her newly-produced tell-all book for the sake of gaining attention, for the sake of acquiring figurative pats on back, if you will.
Rather, she’s addressing the press, in large part because it essentially aligns with the purpose for which God created her.
“God’s purpose for me is (to be) a writer and creative story teller of the realities of life,” Hayman told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “That all lead back to God’s ultimate purpose and plan for His people in the earth. This book is part of that purpose for me to be a voice for those who have suffered in silence from past mistakes and trauma.”
The book to which Hayman is alluding is her newly-assembled written work entitled, “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors,” a spiritually-empowering, heading-turning, attention-grabbing project that figures to create a constant buzz throughout the Body of Christ — much sooner than later.

A MUST READ — Hayman’s “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors” is a spiritually-empowering, heading-turning, attention-grabbing book that figures to create a constant buzz throughout the Body of Christ — much sooner than later.

Published by Glory to Glory Publications, Hayman’s “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors” depicts her emotionally-driven life, during which she assumed an administrative role to the Pastor of the church she attended.

Working primarily in a volunteer role, Hayman’s primary ambition for agreeing to this post was to “sow seeds of her time” in a strategic effort of being what this writer describes as “the catalyst” she needed to gain full-time employment, according to a detailed introduction of her book by Google Books.

Having served in a similar capacity at the previous church she attended while unemployed, Hayman’s favorable deeds had ultimately given way to a positive and much-anticipated harvest which, much to her delight, led to her landing a full-time gig.

“Wendi didn’t expect that her interactions with the Pastor would cause her to be interested in him other than a working relationship,” said a Google Book spokesperson for Hayman’s new book.  “These interactions that occurred moved from being innocently platonic to indiscretions. They also put Wendi on a winding road of infidelity that she did not expect to find herself on. In full sin and rebellion against God, Wendi then found herself at a place of complete brokenness and knew that the only way to wholeness was to run back to God where she belonged.”

Hayman’s third book to date that is currently available for pre-sale ordering, this Houston-area author said her latest book has surprisingly garnered favorable feedback just as she envisioned.

“I have received numerous praise for sharing my story or transparent truth of deliverance after being in the church, serving as a Pastor’s secretary, married while having an affair with the Pastor and committing adultery with other members,” Hayman said. “I was also a victim of infidelity from my husband.

“People have told me that my transparency has helped them in the things they have suffered in silence that they’ve endured in life, have done, or things (they’ve had) done to them. It has also encouraged other women to share their own stories of overcoming trauma and some of life’s most challenging situations.”

Having admittedly caught the vision to compose “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors” approximately a year ago, Hayman needed just shy of a year to finish a book that, as she puts it forthrightly, is synonymous somewhat to the Biblical events involving Eve’s run-in with the serpent.

“I didn’t directly come on to him, and he didn’t directly come on to me,” Hayman explained. “It all started with a subtle joke he made with a sexual undertone — Hayman is now alluding to Genesis 3:1: “and he said unto the woman” — that I responded back to with my own sexual undertone — she is now referencing Genesis 3:2: “And the woman said unto the serpent” — I had taken the bait (she is now alluding to Genesis 3:6: “And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eye).”

LEAD-OFF BATTER — A native of Houston, Hayman made her authorship debut when she witnessed the release of her fiction project, “One Hot Summer,” in 2016.

And the rest, as they say, was history.

Or, as today’s millennials would say, “It was on and poppin.”

When asked what was the single, most underlying reason she chose to produce “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors,” Hayman said: “So that the church or Christian community can live in freedom from sin, secrets, silence, and shame from things done in their lives or done to them.”

She followed that up with a non-fiction book entitled, “Blind Ambition, in 2017.

All things considered, Hayman’s latest book is starting to generate a constant media presence, this prior to its official release.

To her credit, Hayman also has emerged as an ambassador, of sorts, for other aspiring authors.

Baltimore author Evangelist Nodella Jordan exemplifies godly act of obedience, assembles two books and counting

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. (Hebrews 13:8 NIV)

WRITING THE GOSPEL

GOD’S PLAN — A native of the Bronx, New York, Evangelist Nodella Jordan is the mastermind behind two remarkably compelling books: “The Intimate Place: My God, My Man, Myself” and “Sassy: The Perfect Life.”

Nearly six years ago is when it all began to unfold.

Evangelist Nodella Jordan was amongst a gallery of attendees at a worship service.
That is when the Holy Spirit began to speak to her unlike never before.
“It was prophesied to me to write two books,” Jordan, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, recalling the memorable developments that contributed mightily to her becoming a Christian-based author. “I figured it would be something I did once I retired.”
As Jordan had ultimately discovered, though, God had other plans which, to her surprise, had called for her to retire much sooner than she envisioned.

A book that is a little more than four years removed from its much-anticipated release, Jordan’s “The Intimate Place: My God, My Man, Myself” is highlighted by “Intimate” being broken down immensely, a word this author said could either ignite discomfort and/or confusion among people, according to a detailed introduction of Jordan’s book at Amazon.com.

“Well, little did I know, God had me to retire in August 2014 at the age of 46 and relocated and shifted me to Baltimore,” Jordan explained. “This was a very long journey, because I didn’t want to move from Connecticut  being that it was where I grew up, attended school, my family and friends were there, as well as I was well-known, too. However, after a year of fighting with God, I finally heeded His wish and shifted.”

And, because of her steadfast act of obedience, God has rewarded her mightily, not just through ministry, but as an accomplished writer.

A native of the Bronx, New York, Jordan is the mastermind behind two remarkably compelling books: “The Intimate Place: My God, My Man, Myself” and “Sassy: The Perfect Life.”

SET ASIDE FOR GOD’S USE — All things considered, Jordan doesn’t shy away from the notion that she’s overwhelmingly grateful that God is steadily using her to help advance the kingdom — even through the ever-so-competitive world of authorship.

Interestingly and to her credit, Jordan goes as far as to enlighten her readers on intimacy, particularly as it relates to what she refers to as relationship capacity.

“For Christians, explaining to others about spiritual intimacy with the Heavenly Father can be even more difficult, considering it’s intimacy with someone that can’t be touched or seen,” said an Amazon spokesperson for Jordan’s ‘The Intimate Place: My God, My Man, Myself’ which was released officially on June 30, 2015. “Yet becoming personal with God in a relationship allows intimacy to not only be felt between God and you, but it also improves soul ties you share with others and yourself.”

A Christian fictional narrative, Jordan’s “Sassy: The Perfect Life” depicts the life of Sassy, whom this author describes as a “strong-willed and persistent” young woman, one whom dreamt of having the perfect life complete with a fulfilling career and a loving family, according to synopsis of her book at Amazon.com.

And then there is “Sassy: The Perfect Life,” Jordan’s latest book that made its ceremoniously release on the market on November 28, 2018.

Along her path, she must overcome many obstacles to get to her perfect life, Jordan writes in her latest published work.

Jordan, in fact, acknowledges that Sassy was still determined to build a strong foundation for herself, one that would be comprised of her having achieved her childhood dream in the process.

IN HER OWN WORDS — “Well, little did I know, God had me to retire in August 2014 at the age of 46 and relocated and shifted me to Baltimore,” Jordan explained. “This was a very long journey, because I didn’t want to move from Connecticut  being that it was where I grew up, attended school, my family and friends were there, as well as I was well-known, too. However, after a year of fighting with God, I finally heeded His wish and shifted.”

“Sassy was a resilient, independent woman with the motivation and perseverance to achieve her dreams of becoming a great defense attorney,” said a spokesperson for Jordan’s “Sassy: The Perfect Life.’ “Her intelligence and strong work ethic gave her the ability to succeed in school, even at the competitive Villanova University Law School.”

To her credit, Jordan announced that Part 2 of her latest book is effectively underway. Not to be outdone, she said many have inquired about a second edition of “The Intimate Place,” although she “haven’t gotten to it yet,” she told MHN.

“I just don’t want to put out anything for the sake of doing it, but there must be a need and purpose for it,” Jordan said. “I do have a list of approximately eight or more books that I would like to write, but I am led by Holy Spirit what to write about. I don’t write to become wealthy or famous.”

However, rest assured that Jordan, a founder and CEO of NSJ Ministries, does, in fact, write as a strategic way to help advance the kingdom.

“I was concerned with seeing church-goers struggle to be intimate with The God they said they had a relationship with, mostly during worship and church service,” Jordan said. “The least little thing would pull them out of that zone. When you are truly in a place of intimacy, you don’t allow anything or anyone to interfere with it.

“I further identify in my (second) book five types of intimacy that we overlook on a regular basis though they’re part of our daily lives,” Jordan continued. “I want us to be intentional, purposeful, and conscious about the times we are in a moment of intimacy — non-sexual that is — and not just take it as a non-meaningful encounter.”

REAPING A HARVEST

To her credit, Jordan announced Part 2 of her latest book is effectively underway. Not to be outdone, she said many have inquired about a second edition of “The Intimate Place,” although she “haven’t gotten to it yet,” she told MHN.

All things considered, Jordan doesn’t shy away from the notion that she’s overwhelmingly grateful that God is steadily using her to help advance the kingdom — even through this ever-so-competitive world of authorship.

“Not everyone has the gift to write quality books, though there are thousands of books published a week or maybe even per day,” Jordan said. “My books are not limited to only spiritual and Christian-type books. Yes, I’m a minister, but when the word was prophesied to me to write two books, it was not given with specifics that they had to be Christian genre.”

Talk about having a massive and influential kingdom impact.

Alabama businesswoman Brittany C. Vinson’s advancing the kingdom mightily through her empowerment organization

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV)

GOD’S LEADING LADY

WOMAN OF EXCELLENCE —– A native of Leighton, Alabama, Brittany C. Vinson, 32, is the founder and CEO of Partners-N-Shine Women Empowerment Group, her Florence, Alabama-based organization she established in November 2018.

Just before sunrise Thursday, there was Brittany C. Vinson, taking questions from the media.

Then suddenly, the conversation had turned into what seemed to be a testimony service, of sorts.
There was Vinson, recalling in great detail how someone who’s very dear to her in the Body of Christ had prophesied recently how by August 8, 2019, someone would become the beneficiary of “88 days of miracles,” in large because August is the eighth day of the month.
That someone: Brittany C. Vinson whom, much to her delight, was overcome by joy just before sunrise Thursday, which just happened to be August 8.
“Crazy…but in an amazing way,” Vinson told Making Headline News. “God told me Oprah Winfrey-type…if not better. Jesus!”

An organization that is nearly its first full year of existence, Vinson’s group is comprised of more than over 650 members nationwide and has been a place where women have been able to share their life stories, all the while and not being judged.

For the record, Vinson was alluding in large to the wave of global exposure she’s destined to acquire — much sooner than later — as a progressive, thriving businesswoman.

A native of Leighton, Alabama, Vinson, 32, is the founder and CEO of Partners-N-Shine Women Empowerment Group, her Florence, Alabama-based organization she established in November 2018.

A devout woman of faith who customarily refers to her occupations as a self-proclaimed “GOD-iologist” or “Dr. BrittKnee,” Vinson’s up-and-coming venture emerged amid her quest that was centered largely on her desire to step out on faith, a development that essentially jump-started what Vinson deems “one of  God’s manifestations.”

Widely regarded as an inspiring public figure, Vinson’s faith-based body of work is such that she’s become an ambassador for social justice.

“We live in a world where injustice is practiced and respected, leaving justice to be disrespected and not tolerated,” Vinson said.

FOR STARTERS

As for her organization, Vinson has become a fixture for sharing her international women empowerment group, which is designed to help women gain self-respect, morals, and standards, among other things.

An organization that is nearing its first full year of existence, Vinson’s group is comprised of more than over 650 members nationwide and has been a place where women have been able to share their life stories, all the while and not being judged.

“By popular demand, it has been known for its positive impact,” Vinson said. “Sharing God’s grace and mercy has brought many of these ladies to Christ, resulting in them being saved.”

AWWWWWWW — “Investing in myself was the best thing I could have ever done,” Vinson said. “Whereas others laughed and made a mockery of me, called me crazy and so much more, God told me that my special needs daughter would bring non-believers to Christ.”

And then there is Vinson’s Partners-N-Shine which, to her credit, has brought about an assortment of favorable changes, a trend that has given way to allowing women to be themselves, thus overcome their fears, as well as collectively form an “amazing” sisterhood, Vinson said.

“The focus of the group is to bring unity to the community,” Vinson emphasized.

And not just within the local community, but  internationally, Vinson acknowledged.  “Closed sessions within the (HOLY✝TEMPLE) also allowed the women to gain trust and look at life in a different way,” Vinson said. “God’s blessings to all…we are one nation under God…it’s all (about) GOD.”

SAVE THE DATE

When asked what she loves the most about her organization, Vinson wasted little time acknowledging the slew of awe-inspiring testimonies she’s been afforded to share, in large part because as she tells, “I don’t look like what I’ve been through.”

As Vinson explained, she’s undoubtedly been through so much, yet by the God’s grace, she’s managed to conquer so much more as a result.

“I’ve been judged based off of my outer appearance,” Vinson said. “I look nothing like my struggle. I’ve been beautiful all of my life, but I’m more so beautiful on the inside. My inner beautiful from God is what makes me.”

Interestingly, Vinson’s organization is designed to also bring awareness to mental illness.

“Mental illness is real and overlooked,” she said. “We’re losing people every single day. Looking at me, you would never know that a year ago, I was diagnosed with a major depressive disorder, severe anxiety and depression PTSD and ADHD. However, the devil is a lair. My mental diagnosis is simply spiritual gifts from God that our world seems to sweep under a rug.”

Much to her delight, Vinson will be afforded the golden opportunity to put her immeasurable empowerment skills on display when she hosts Back To School Empowerment Unity In The Community event on August 24 at New Destiny Development Center, located at West 2nd Street in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.

ALL FOR HER ANGELS — When asked what she loves the most about her organization, Vinson wasted little time acknowledging the slew of testimonies she’s been afforded to share, in large part because as she tells, “I don’t look like what I’ve been through.”

All things considered, Vinson is appreciative of the fact that God has strategically allowed her to exercise her faith with a credible organization for such a time as now.

“Investing in myself was the best thing I could have ever done,” Vinson said. “Whereas others laughed and made a mockery of me, called me crazy and so much more, God told me that my special needs daughter would bring non-believers to Christ.”

“God also said that He would indeed make her whole and heal her. She is blind for the moment, but I can see my way spiritually though.”

Talk about a recent prophesy coming to fruition, the beginning of “88 days of miracles” unfolding right before her eyes.

Stay tuned.

The story continues involving the woman who’s widely known as the “GOD-iologist.”

St. Louis author Prophetess Deborah Allen displaying unshakable faith through her book ‘Fierce’

But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 KJV)

FIERCE KIND OF FAITH

BUT GOD!!! A St. Louis-area Pastor, Prophetess Deborah Allen’s “Fierce” was released amid what was seemingly a trying season in the life of this devout woman of faith. Amongst the reasons is that when God had strategically given Allen instructions to compose her new book, it happened during a time in which her husband, Bishop Glen Allen Sr., had been hospitalized due to an ongoing back pain, as well as an abnormal X-ray and a possible infection in his kidney.

DALLAS — The enemy tried all he could to toss shade in her direction.

Still, Prophetess Deborah Allen was determined to stand toe-to-toe and outlast the adversary the best was she knew how — with the written word of God which, to her credit, had come wrapped up in an awe-inspiring book.
“God first gave me the vision for this book as I was driving home the end of December 2016,” Allen told Making Headline News this week.
The book to which Allen is alluding is her relatively new project entitled, “Fierce,” which officially debuted in May 2018.
A St. Louis-area Pastor, Allen’s “Fierce” was released amid what was seemingly a trying season in the life of this devout woman of faith.

BUY PROPHETESS ALLEN’S BOOK HERE: https://www.amazon.com/Fierce-Prophetess-Deborah-Allen/dp/1642991902

A book that is comprised of 176 pages in length, Allen acknowledged that this spiritually-empowering book, by all accounts, reinforces her spiritual gifts, one of which is the gift of laying on hands and declaring healing upon the live of God’s people.

Amongst the reasons is that when God had strategically given Allen instructions to compose her new book, it happened during a time in which her husband, Bishop Glen Allen Sr., had been hospitalized due to an ongoing back pain, as well as an abnormal X-ray and a possible infection in his kidney.

“However, we learned he had stage four cancer and it had been growing inside his body undetected for about seven years,” Prophetess Allen recalled. “This was a complete shock and stage four chronic lymphocytic leukemia. As I was driving home, I was talking to God about how hard my life seemed to be, that it had been nothing but a battle. God showed me that from the beginning He was with me.”

THIS IS HOLY GROUND

ON GOD’S BATTLEFIELD — Widely regarded throughout the Body of Christ as a fierce, dynamic, and powerful woman of God, Prophetess Allen currently serves as Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries of God Church, a stint she’s held for the past two decades.

Indeed He was — and still is.

How else to explain why “Fierce” has been dubbed a “powerful, spirit-filled book” since its much-anticipated a little more than a year ago?

“The Lord breathed upon this book and filled it with a fresh wind,” said a spokesperson for Allen’s “Fierce” in a detailed breakdown of this book at Amazon.com. “Fierce was a God-inspired book as it was being written. God’s yoke-destroying anointing was loosed as this book was being penned. God’s spirit and anointing also flows as you are reading this book. Fierce prepares, instructs, and pushes the believer to put on the whole armor of God that we may be able to stand. Stand in the Lord and be fierce.”

A book that is comprised of 176 pages in length, Allen acknowledged that this spiritually-empowering book, by all accounts, reinforces her spiritual gifts, one of which is the gift of laying on hands and declaring healing upon the live of God’s people.

“He blessed me to have the gift of healing in my hands,” Allen said. “God has sustained my husband and prayer has kept him. This is the season for God’s people to walk fiercely in him.”

Widely regarded throughout the Body of Christ as a fierce, dynamic, and powerful woman of God, Prophetess Allen currently serves as Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries of God Church, a stint she’s held for the past two decades.

In addition, she serves as Executive Director the L.A.M. Ministries Inc. nonprofit organization, has been married to Bishop Allen for more than 22 years, and is the mother of six children.

Widely known also as a millionaire childcare coach, Prophetess Allen is an accomplished entrepreneur, who is the director of Little Lights Childcare and Learning Center, a St. Louis-area facility that has been in operation for 10 years.

As for “Fierce,” Prophetess Allen is appreciative of the notion that this book has opened “so many doors that I could never imagine,” she said without hesitation.

“This book has opened global doors for me,” said Prophetess Allen, alluding to her Fierce TV Show and Fierce Radio. “I have been featured internationally, because of this book. My God…who would have known that ‘Fierce’ would become such a movement in my life and the lives of many others everywhere? I’m simply amazed.”

As she should, especially considering aside from her husband’s physical challenges, Prophetess Allen can testify of the fact that God has blessed her to survive her very own season in the wilderness.

SEASON THE REBIRTH — Given the immeasurable strides she’s made in recent years — both in the natural and the spirit — it’s obviously this devout woman of faith has been armed with the kind of faith that was accompanied by a great deal of FIERCE.

“I’ve been through molestation, an abusive first marriage, I was a battered wife, teenage mother, and countless things, yet God has birthed His purpose out of my life for His divine glory,” Prophetess said. “As a leader, I want people to know that you can live, grow, and build, despite your life’s circumstances. Jesus is able to heal, deliver, and sustain us during every season of our lives and we are fierce in Him. My book is a testimony of strength, endurance, and encouragement through the Lord.”

So much for all that shade the adversary had tossed her direction.

And, given the immeasurable strides she’s made in recent years — both in the natural and the spirit — it’s obviously this devout woman of faith has been armed with the kind of faith that was accompanied by a great deal of FIERCE.

Detroit author Pamela Kennedy overpowers 20-year drug addiction, she writes in her latest book

MAKING HEADLINE NEWS MOTHER’S DAY 2019 SPECIAL REPORT

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. (2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV)

BEACON OF LIGHT

DESTINY STEPS — A Detroit-area writer, Kennedy authored the book entitled, “Coming Out Of Utter Darkness: Memoirs Of An Addict And How I Survived.” All things considered, the merely fact that God allowed Kennedy to escape and conquer her seemingly uncontrollable addiction is a massive miracle in its own right, one that had consequently fueled her desire to compose her assortment of testimonies in a tear-jerking, emotionally-driven book.

Pamela Kennedy was just 13 years old, barely a teenager.

Yet, even at that tender age, Kennedy was spiritually — and naturally — saddened by a dreaded enslavement, of sorts, one that could have very well ended her life prematurely.

One that, truth be told, had often left her essentially questioning her very existence.
Once plagued and spiritually incarcerated by a drug addiction that spanned roughly two decades — from the time she was 13 until she reached 33 years of age, to be technical — Kennedy’s Creator deemed it absolutely essential to provide for her a way of escape long enough for her to assume an assignment that would eventually silence her critics once and for all.

MUST READ — For Kennedy, it seemed that even while being confined to a drug treatment center, she was blessed to have discovered her purpose as a Christian-based author. That’s because it was during that time that she began composing a book she finally finished in 2017.

A Detroit-area writer, Kennedy authored the book entitled, “Coming Out Of Utter Darkness: Memoirs Of An Addict And How I Survived.”

All things considered, the mere fact that God allowed Kennedy to escape and conquer her seemingly uncontrollable addiction is a massive miracle in its own right, one that had consequently fueled her desire to compose her assortment of testimonies in a tear-jerking, emotionally-driven book.

“I started writing while I was in the treatment center,” Kennedy told Making Headline News this week. “It was painful to mentally and emotionally relive my past.”

A book that is accompanied by 76 pages, Kennedy’s “Coming Out Of Utter Darkness: Memoirs Of An Addict And How I Survived” is two years removed from its much-anticipated release and is this writer’s version of a tell-all project, one in which she appropriately recalls her fervent quest to survive, all the while nurturing two children.

Still, as Kennedy vividly recalls, it was a past that had to happen and unfold so that God could strategically position and equip her for such a time as now — a time whereby she can tell with boldness how her Creator orchestrated on her behalf an unlikely comeback for the ages.

“Today, I’m clean and sober, born again with 27-plus years in recovery, and I share that there is life after your issues,” Kennedy writes in a detailed breakdown of her at Amazon.com. “The grace and mercy of God has brought me, my two children, and many of my other family members to His redemptive love.”

For Kennedy, it seemed that even while being confined to a local drug treatment center, she was blessed to have discovered her purpose as a Christian-based author.

That’s because it was during that time she began composing a book she finally finished in 2017.

To her credit, it has been a constant page-turner ever since.

While other books undoubtedly top her strategic objectives in the foreseeable future, Kennedy is overwhelmingly grateful of the fact that God spared her life so that she could aid others to draw closer to Him.

“I wanted to tell my story in hopes that it would give others with the same struggles hope to know that there is a way out,” Kennedy said of a book that is steadily generating favorable feedback. “I want to offer hope to the families of anyone who may be trapped in the snares of an enemy that cannot be seen with the natural eye.”

In that order.

“God’s purpose for allowing me to write this book has been to assist many to come to a place of manifested healing and deliverance that they never thought possible,” Kennedy said. “As I now have 29-years of sobriety, I do plan to write another book on more of the process. I believe that if we would trust God’s process, we would see more clearly His purpose.”

Something to which this godly, big-hearted and devout woman of faith can dauntless speak on.

So much for all those times she found herself questioning her very existence.
