Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves. (Philippians 2:3 KJV)
Stephanie Lynn Allen’s entrepreneurship track is such that she is a proven, resourceful leader.
An “exemplary leader” she often says without hesitation.
“How you do anything is how you do everything,” Allen, 51, said during an interview with Making Headline News this week. “I demonstrate my care and compassion every day, regardless of what trials and tribulations may come my way. Some individuals have potential and certain people won’t give them the time of day, but my dad taught me that there are no big ‘I’s’ and little ‘u’s,’ and everyone is someone.
“Sometimes, people just need that extra nudge to stop watching the movement and get in the game. In other words, get uncomfortable if you want something different, and then you have to do something different. We all have dreams and goals, so write your vision and make it plain.”
To her distinctly unique credit, Allen has gone to great lengths to not just write down her vision. Rather, she’s steadfastly running with it in ways unimaginable as the mastermind behind Steppin’ Into Your Health.
A Baytown, Texas-based business that is powered by Total Life Changes, Allen’s latest endeavor is a health and wellness venture, of sorts, whereby she customarily garners personal fulfillment in knowing that she’s armed with the keen ability to make a difference in the lives of others.
One life at a time.
“I am a believer, and I know you cannot serve God without serving His people,” said Allen, explaining what she loves the most about her business. “The all-natural organic products that are being shared warm my heart every time I share my testimonies and before and after pictures with others.”
Accompanied by the solid, unyielding support of her husband, Roynald Allen, Stephanie Allen’s Steppin’ Into Your Health has become a fixture in various establishments, considering her affiliation with TLC has allowed her to travel and promote her business in such notable places Hawaii, Jamaica, Cozumel, New York, Reno, Nevada, and Florida, just to name a few.
Interestingly, for a businesswoman who’s committed to promoting health and wellness, Allen is often afforded the golden opportunity to travel with her bowling league, during which she routinely shares of these “amazing” and credible products with people from various walks of life.
“My husband and I not only help people transform their bodies, but we also tell them about the opportunity to earn additional income or supplement the income they already have,” said Allen, whose entrepreneurship tenure spans roughly five years.
Three years removed from having partnered with Total Life Changes, Allen wasted little time building a favorable track record with this globally-acclaimed company, considering she has been promoted to the level of Regional Director.

Add to the fact that her mother, Mae Landry, has been amongst those who has greatly helped fueled Allen’s desire to broaden her horizon through the health and wellness industry, and it’s no wonder this Old River-Winfree, Texas native’s best and brightest days through her venture are well ahead of her.
“She has been a faithful customer and always encouraging and inspiring me to be all I can be,” Allen said of her mother, who also happens to be one of her most devoted customers.
As it pertains to climbing the ladder as an accomplished businesswoman, Allen certainly boasts the credentials, which have enabled her to function mightily in her element.
A 1985 graduate of Barbers Hill High School, Allen graduated from Baytown’s Lee College with Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She followed that up by earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
Long before starting her business, Allen spent 21 years as an Emergency Department employee at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown, during which she witnessed firsthand a slew of extremely ill people.
“It makes you step back and take a look at the healthcare industry,” Allen recalled. “This eye-opener helped me realize that we need to take our health more seriously, and when you create wellness for yourself, automatically you are going to do the same for others.”
To her credit, doing the same for others she, in fact, did, a trend from which she hasn’t any signs of backing down any time soon.
If nothing else, Allen is destined to continue walking in the purpose for which she was created — a purpose that includes, among others, inspiring others to possess and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
One life at a time.
“I have always been inspiring and encouraging to others,” said Allen, an active and devout Christian, who attends Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Old River-Winfree, where her father, Frank J. Landry, has pastored for the past 25 years. “I believe in using my God-given abilities, authority, and talents to empower others and help them reach their goals. I know that sharing whatever talents God has given me will not stop my shine so to speak. I am a firm believer, and I know without a doubt that what God has for me, is for me.”
Spoken like a proven, resourceful leader.
An “exemplary leader” she often says without hesitation.
