Houston author Caris L. Reed obeys the Voice of God, writes a spiritually inspiring book as a result

For Caris L. Reed, 2018, in many aspects, can be appropriately described as a banner year, of sorts.
To grasp a thorough understanding of his notion, look no further than February 2018.
It all started when Reed had suddenly awaken one morning, then turned her attention to a window.
It wasn’t just some ordinary morning. It wasn’t just some ordinary window either.
Rather it was one that essentially gave way to a defining moment, thus served as a precursor to what has undoubtedly been a banner year for this devout woman of faith.
“I opened my eyes I was turned towards my bedroom window, then I heard the Lord say to me, ‘Arise…your time has come,’” Reed, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, recalled, explaining the remarkably memorable developments that unfolded on that morning back in February 2018.
“I knew it was Him, because first, I have a relationship with Him (“My sheep know my voice says Jesus). Secondly, the enemy will never give you scripture or anything regarding the positive word of that matter. As when He said it the beautiful sun was shining through the blinds of my window. I immediately searched those words and found the scripture (Isaiah 60:1). I wrote it down on an index card and have been using it as a daily affirmation ever since.”
The rest, as they say, was history.
That’s because it wasn’t very long after that awe-inspiring morning that God rendered unto Reed a life-changing breakthrough through the familiar passage that is Isaiah 60:1, one that came wrapped up in a book entitled, “Arise Daughter, For Your Time Has Come: A Vessel for His Glory.”
A book that Reed, a native of Austin, Texas, began composing in April 2018, this spiritually-enhancing masterpiece is one this Houston-based writer acknowledges was assembled out of an act of obedience.
Because, after all, obedience is better than sacrifice, as she eventually found out.

“This may sound funny to some people, but it’s true. My Father adorned me with His blessings and told me to write about it,” said Reed, alluding to Isaiah 60:1 once again.
Aside from fortifying obedience to her Creator, Reed is fully persuaded that her book came to fruition accompanied by a heaven mandated vision.
“The Lord gave me this vision to write my book,” Reed said. “I already had another title of a book started in manuscript but, again, I heard the Lord say this: Arise Daughter, For Your Time Has Come” is the titled of my next book in April 2018.”
Having become a self-published author in 2017, Caris, a resourceful and successful businesswoman, began her speaking career shortly thereafter.
Aside from her latest book, Reed is the mastermind behind these notable written documents: “Wounded, Broken, And Healed: Healing Hope for Your Wounds,” which was released in November 2017.
Also, she authored “The Truth About Lack: Regain Your Wealth Back,” which was released in December 2017, “Seven Key Principles To Emotional Healing, released in January 2018, and “POWER Charge Your Mind: 40-Day Empowerment Journal, which was released in February 2018.
As for the divine message to her audience through her latest book, Reed said, “As women, now is the time for God to use you in a mighty way for His glory. You are a special treasure in His heart and His desire for you is to give you all to Him in holiness, because He created you as a helpmeet for the husband.”
In essence, Reed hints that now is the time that God is urging godly women to take their rightful place, both in the spirit and the natural.
“You have been in the background long enough,” Reed said. “He needs you to arise, let go of everything holding you hostage of seeking Him, and use your gifts (while operating in righteousness) for His Glory. His desire is for you to be delivered, spiritually healed, and to use your gifts, for your time has come.”
The CEO of Caris L. Reed, The POWer Life Coach LLC, and the POWer Life Coaching With Kingdom Principles, Reed is widely known as a Certified Professional Christian Life Coach, who customarily provides strategy, clarity, and mindset to her clients so that they are able to rise above what she deems the bondage of procrastination, stagnation, self-doubt into the path of their God-given purpose.
Interestingly, she is responsible for having created her first Free Google Play store APP that is called, “The POWer Life Coach LLC, which is available to her clients and perspective clients as an easy phone access to schedule, read daily POWER Declarations, as well as read the word of God, among other entities.
A community advocate who often host and present community events for women empowerment, entrepreneurs, and ministries, Reed’s professional background includes being actively involved in child development as owner of Austin’s Angels Faith Child Development Center, INC.
Reed’s advanced education credentials includes an Associate of Applied Science in Child Development and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human and Family Services, and she’s currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology.
“I believe I’m a scribe for the Lord to tell us His goodness, mercy, the good news of the gospel, my testimonies, and to guide others to His healing power and free gift of salvation, so that someone can see the light shining bright in me and glorify my God in Heaven,” Reed said.
In what undoubtedly has been a banner year for this brilliant woman of devout faith.
