“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” — Barack Obama, 44th President of the United States
CREATING A WINNING CULTURE
DALLAS — Andre Beraud’s professional real estate stint spans some four years.
During this timeframe, amongst the factors he deems especially intriguing is the immeasurable professionalism exemplified by Cultured Realty co-owners Raevonne Walker and Janelle Malone.
During an interview this week with Making Headline News, Beraud spoke at length about how joining one of Texas’ finest real estate companies undoubtedly was a foregone conclusion.
“The single, most underlying reason I chose Cultured Realty is the structure,” Beraud said.
All things considered, Cultured Realty has been nothing short of impressive since its ceremonious grand opening in February 2020, a trend Beraud found overwhelmingly attractive, not to mention a monumental opportunity he admittedly couldn’t pass up.

Cultured Realty, in fact, is growing by unprecedented numbers and, according to a March 2020 interview with Making Headline News, Walker stressed, among other things, that her company is aiming to attract 150 agents by year’s end.
“My desire to learn and grow is what’s special about me joining Cultured Realty,” Beraud said. “Cultured Realty stands out because it provides structure, training, coaching, a challenging environment, and competitive commission.”
A native of Houston — “the Fifth Ward, Texas,” Beraud says with such great pride — Beraud works as a process operator at Chevron Refinery.
Still, real estate, he emphasized, undoubtedly is his life’s grandest game-changer, especially now that he’ destined to have an immediate impact with one of the hottest realty ventures in the Lone Star State.
“I had several people inspire me to do real estate,” Beraud recalls. “I had Joseph Tait and Carlos Garza. I remember every time at work, Joseph Tait would give me books on real estate and Carlos Garza would talk about his rentals and how much equity he’s built in a short time. I also remember Phillip back in Louisiana. Phillip and I use to talk about his rentals a lot, and we were planning on doing some deals together before I came back to Houston.”
FAMILY FOCUS
Upon returning to his native establishment, Beraud had ultimately crossed paths with Walker and Malone whom, given the immeasurable strides they’ve made as the faces of Cultured Realty, seems very much on path with building a major real estate empire — with their company’s best and brightest days well ahead of it.
Much to his delight, it proved be the just the new start Beraud needed, considering he’s determined to absorb as much knowledge as he can from to two bright minds in the ever-so-competitive real estate industry.
“My personal reason for doing this work is my children, Chase Beraud and Skylar Beraud,” Andre Beraud said. “I’m teaching them on how to be (business) owners. My wife and I are providing the kids a better financial and business foundation than what we had. We’re making sure to teach and train them in the business. We’re preparing their minds to take over the rental properties we have.”
Having delved off into real estate in 2016, Beraud earned an undergraduate degree in Process Technology. Still, he acknowledged he had garnered a fond interest in real estate for quite some time.
Now that he been afforded to embrace such a golden opportunity, his primary focus, he said, is to grab a firm hold of his vision and run with it, all the while building a solid working rapport with the masterminds of Cultured Realty.

“It’s important for me to esteem and inspire others daily because I care,” Beraud said. “I love sharing and pouring out great information that will take people to the next level. I always tell people it’s enough room at the top. I believe as I give unto others, God will have people give unto me. Amen.”
Amen.
And Amen.
