Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. (Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV)
‘CHANGING LIVES’
DALLAS — Accomplished Houston businesswoman Mashell Lambert is originally from Bearden, Arkansas, a small, rural Ouachita County establishment that is comprised of roughly 966 residents, according to the latest U. S. census.
But when it comes to real estate, Lambert has been blessed to accomplish great and mighty things — with her best and brightest days well ahead of her.
“My business is service as I am a servant,” Lambert told Making Headline News this week.
To her distinctly unique credit, Lambert has emerged as a real estate sensation, most notably under the brokerage of Cultured Realty LLC, a Houston-based company that was started in February 2020 by co-owners Raevonne Walker and Janelle Malone.
“I am very humbled about my success,” Lambert, 48, the face of what is known as The Lambert Team, said of rise in this ever-so-competitive real estate arena.

Much to her delight, Lambert’s immeasurable success is highlighted by an unprecedented global pandemic era in which she’s on pace to amass $10 million in sales volume for 2020.
Talk about having an immediate and monumental impact for a relatively new real estate company, one that has quickly emerged as of one of Texas’ finest of its kind.
“My goal in my business is simply to continue changing lives, one family at a time,” Lambert said.
All things considered, though, Lambert doesn’t shy away from the notion that her fervent rise to real estate success comes amid humble beginnings.
“My journey thus far has definitely not been a straight path,” Lambert explained. “It has been full of bad decisions, mistakes, disappointments, failures, fears and I finally have found my faith to rebuild my house.”
Literally and figuratively and spiritually, to put it more precisely.
“My house is my team, rebuilding the foundation so we will continue to be the exclusive real estate team of choice for our clients and their families in the Houston metro area,” Lambert says without hesitation. “I have added a buyer’s agent to my team, as well as a full-time executive assistant so that exceptional service is present with every transaction with The Lambert Team.”
Having relocated from Arkansas to Texas in 1997 for what she describes as a “fresh start,” Lambert has made immeasurable strides since finding her niche as a real estate professional.
A graduate of Bearden High School, Lambert consequently enrolled at Southern Arkansas University, where she studied Business Administration.
A devoted mother of three, Lambert credits her children and grandchildren — “My children Terry, Shae and Cierra…not to leave out my two precious grandsons, Kyrie and Ivan,” she said — for having fueled her desire to diligently pursue her customer service goals and ambitions.
“The Bible teaches us in Proverbs 13:22: ‘A wise man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous,’” Lambert said. “I welcome this life God has ordained for me. I am so thankful for my humbleness, support, success, love, happiness and peace.”
Interestingly, Lambert appropriately considers herself as “a military friendly agent,” one who’s been afforded the golden opportunity to represent a number veterans, particularly helping the to understand what is known as the VA Specialized Program, all while helping them navigate the process from pre-approval to closing.
“I have tremendous respect for veterans, their service, and their families,” Lambert said.
To her credit, this longtime Texas businesswoman has become the beneficiary of an array of notable accolades and achievements, including:
- Having won a number of sales awards and achievements
- Having represented nearly 150 families “in my short tenure and developed relationships that will span a lifetime.”
- Having become the recipient of the Rising Star Agent Award in 2015
- Having been honored by Houston Black Real Estate Association (or HBREA) for being named the 2019 Sales Associate of the Year Award and,
- Having been named one of the Top 20 Houston Black Real Estate Professionals in 2019
- Having named a recipient of the ReMax 100 Percent Club Award for her accomplishments in 2019
Also, Lambert holds the designation Military Relocation Specialist (MRP) honor and is a devoted member of HBREA, the Women’s Council of Houston, the Greater Houston Builders Association (or GHBA), as well as the Houston Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Lambert became a full-fledged licensed realtor in 2014.
“It is imperative for me to inspire others daily, because many times in my life, I felt unworthy,” Lambert said. “Someone needs to hear my testimony. I am a proven example that it is not where you begin. Just don’t give up. Stay positive, present, and resilient. It’s about facing your fears and moving forward to greatness. And never forgetting the journey.”
All the while accomplishing great and mighty things.
