Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth.” (Jeremiah 1:9 NIV)
GOD’S PRAYER WARRIOR
Pause, if you will, and pay close attention to the top of Jasmine Thomas’ Facebook page, just under her name.
There, you will find a rather courageous, thought-provoking declaration uttered before the masses by this devout woman of faith.
Thomas’ dauntless, tenacious profession reads: “I Am A woman with A voice (Jeremiah 1:9) no longer a slave to fear.”
Because of who she is and because of where God is taking her, Thomas has gone to great lengths — in the natural and spirit — to demonstrate why she is no longer bound by the dreaded spirit of fear.
Consider, for instance, her rise to delving off into the world of authorship.

As Thomas recalls, such a vision for becoming a writer was discovered a little more than two years ago.
“I was on a 21-day fast in January 2019, and God showed in a vision of me talking to a lady,” Thomas told Making Headline News this week. “And she asked me when is my book coming out. I answered and said, ‘Soon.” Two years later, here I am now.”
And what a memorable two-year journey it has been for Thomas, who is one of 90 authors who have joined forces to produce Women Who Pray: 90 Days Of Powerful Prayers, the highly-anticipated anthology that is spearheaded by St. Mary’s, Georgia-based International Motivational Speaker and Bestselling Author Carleeka Basnight-Menendez.
A spiritually-powering, life-altering written work that will debut this summer and has already created a national buzz, Basnight-Menendez’s Women Who Pray: 90 Days Of Powerful Prayers is comprised of co-authors from various states around the country.
A remarkably brilliant written work that figures to emerge as a bestseller much sooner than later — given the outpour of favorable feedback — Thomas emphasized, among other things, she deemed it essential to join Basnight-Menendez’s Women Who Pray: 90 Days Of Powerful Prayers in large part because she strongly believes in engaging in regular conversation with Almighty God.
“(I want people to know) that no matter what the situations may be, have faith and believe prayer shifts things it’s power in prayer,” said Thomas, when asked what divine message she’s aiming to send to her reading audience.
Interestingly, Thomas didn’t particularly provide a definite timeframe by which it had taken her to submit her notable chapter to Basnight-Menendez’s Women Who Pray: 90 Days Of Powerful Prayers.
“It happened suddenly and got finished suddenly,” she said.
Other published works are presently in the works, Thomas told MHN.
“Later on this year, I plan to write my story of from childhood trauma, to freedom and deliverance, and plan write many more books in the near future,” Thomas said.

As for her latest authorship milestone, Thomas, to her credit, has amassed her share of favorable feedback.
“I receive a lot of positive feedback from people,” Thomas said. “(This book has its share of unique) ways to reach the masses, and I love praying on the behalf of others. It’s what God has chosen me to do, so I’m just a vessel being use by God.”
“(Amongst the) reasons (it is imperative to esteem others daily is that) I love praying and there’s power in prayer,” Thomas continued. “(Prayer) has got me out of dark situations in my life. I was battling with suicidal thoughts and depression, but I had to pray my way out of it and call on the prayer warriors in the church to pray for me.”
Much to her delight, Thomas said she can greatly attest that God has changed her life mightily, primarily because of her close-knit relationship with The Father.
“Through prayer, I saw many miracles take place,” Thomas recalls. “One recently is my sister, who was 35 weeks pregnant. She had to get an emergency C-section, so me and other prayer warriors began to pray (on her behalf). He was a stillborn, but God raised him from the dead. Doctors also said he would need a kidney transplant, but God told me to get a pray cloth, pray over it, and put it on him.”
THE PHILIPPIANS 4:13 AFFECT
And, just like that, Thomas had subsequently paid witnessed to yet another God-manifested miracle.
“He is completely healed,” Thomas said. “No surgery was needed because the prayers of the righteous availeth much.”
Talk about a dauntless, tenacious profession.
