She is clothed with strength and dignity. She can laugh at the days to come. (Proverbs 31:25)
THE PROVERBS 31 AFFECT
Ever since God infused within Elder Gina McDaniel the light of the Holy Spirit to establish Woman Transformed Ministries, this devout woman of faith has made some remarkably compelling strides while functioning mightily in her element.
Amongst the grandest reasons for McDaniel’s sustained success is ministries is due in large part to the Woman Transformed Ministries Conference, her annual Christian-based empowerment event that has become a fixture in the Body of Christ.
A conference that’s entering its fifth year, the Woman Transformed Ministries Conference will take place August 6-8 at the Embassy Suites By Hilton Charlotte Uptown, located at 401 E. MLK Jr. Blvd.
Those planning to attend the three-day event can register online at https://www.womantransformed.online/retreat-registration-2021 or by calling WTM representative Jeanisha Thornton at 502.876.0315.
Attendees who mention “WTM Conference” will receive a discounted rate for their room, according to a spokesperson for the event.

Powered by the intriguing theme, Proverbs 31 Woman: Strength, Dignity & She Laughs, the Fifth Annual Woman Transformed Ministries Conference will be an in-person and virtual assembly, McDaniel told Making Headline News this week.
Generally, this conference is designed to strategically empower women to receive revelation of the word of God as they are being transformed in becoming a Proverbs 31 Woman Bride of Christ, McDaniel said.
“They will learn and identify with her strength and dignity and be able to laugh at the things to come,” said McDaniel, alluding to the conference’s featured Biblical passage that is Proverbs 31:25. “All conferences are aligned with the WTM foundational scripture: Romans 12:2 (Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will).”
Just like in year’s past, the Woman Transformed Ministries Conference will include a variety of power-packed, on-fire-for-God speakers, most notably:
- Pastor Del Dickerson of Tampa’s Believers Church
- Elder Danielle Myers of Tampa’s Believers Church
- Minister Christel Lanier of Canaan Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky
- Minister Joan Coates Lewis of Louisville’s Canaan Christian Church and,
- Elder McDaniel, the conference’s featured speaker who is a devoted member of Tampa’s Believers Church.
Since word spread of this year’s WTM Conference, McDaniel said she and the other five founding members have become the beneficiary of a rash of favorable feedback.
“(We’ve gotten all sorts of) positive excitement from women looking forward to diving deeper into an understanding of who this Proverbs 31 woman is and how can live out being this woman,” McDaniel said.
As for how she senses this conference will impact and advance the kingdom, McDaniel said: “As woman identify themselves as brides of Christ, it will revive and restore relationships with spouses, children, and the community at large. The renewed minds start a revolution of the children of God’s desire to relate and serve God drawing others into His Kingdom.”

A Tampa, Florida-based nonprofit organization that is spearheaded by McDaniel, Woman Transformed Ministries — as Daniel emphasized — is “founded by God” Whom, in turn, used six committed and passionate women with a desire to lead other women in identifying a variety of areas of their lives.
This is done in large part by what Daniel describes as requiring transformation through the power of the Holy Spirit, the Word of the God, and testimony of these women to transform their lives to a life of Christ.
To McDaniel’s credit, coupled with her divine calling, WTM has enjoyed immeasurable success, in large part because it thrives off of diligently spreading the Gospel, particularly through acts of kindness, love, and acceptance so people may see the visible presence of Christ, she said.
Moreover, WTM has become a fixture for mentoring to those who are incarcerated, as well as routinely feeding the homeless and providing financial and spiritual support to foreign countries.
“Our next call on this ministry is the Home Sweet Home Project, in which homeless families are provided with a new home,” McDaniel announced.
A native of Louisville who resides in Tampa, McDaniel officially accepted her calling to ministry in October 2012.
An accomplished Certified Oncology Nurse, Certified Holistic Nurse, Certified Life Coach (who specializes in goal success, happiness, and life purpose), McDaniel’s education credentials include having acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s in Theology from Indiana Wesleyan University and Campbellsville University, respectively.
She is an avid member of Believers Church Tampa, which is pastored by Dickerson.
WTM’s other founding members are Marilyn Joyner, Tonya Calbert, Patricia Lambert, Teresa Couts, and Marcia Riggs Hawkins.
