YES, LORD: Maryland author Dr. Theresa A. Moseley on Step Into Leadership Greatness (Volume 2): ‘Something came over me and said, ‘Write your chapter’

Dr. Theresa A. Moseley essentially had made up her mind to take a raincheck this time around.
But God had other ideas.
And, if God said it, that settles it.
“I was going to pass on the opportunity to work on this one until one morning, when I woke up, something came over me and said, ‘Write your chapter,’” said Dr. Moseley, referring to the official invitation to join Step Into Leadership Greatness: Volume: 2 Leaders Producing Leaders, the highly-anticipated collaborative written work that is spearheaded by Mitchellville, Maryland-based Author/Businesswoman, Dr. Jennifer Jones Bryant, the Visionary Author.
“I had a lot of personal things going on, but I felt compelled to call Dr. Jennifer to let her know I would write a chapter on Transformational Leadership.”

And the rest, as they say, was history.
Just like last year when Dr. Moseley was one of a gallery of co-authors to contribute businesswoman Dr. Bryant’s Step Into Leadership Greatness: Leadership Isn’t Just A Title, the Maryland school administrator exemplified a valiant effort.
Acknowledging that she deems it an honor to collaborate with Dr. Bryant, Dr. Moseley relishes the exposure she has garnered for an anthology that seems well on its way to emerging an international bestseller once again.
Step Into Leadership Greatness: Volume: 2 Leaders Producing Leaders is scheduled to debut in June.
“I love working with Dr. Jennifer Jones Bryant,” Dr. Moseley, a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, told MHN. “Working on projects with her has given me visibility and credibility. There are also numerous opportunities to network with others, which is always rewarding.”
One of 14 co-authors to compose chapters in Dr. Bryant’s Step Into Leadership Greatness, Volume 2: Leaders Producing Leaders — a project that took roughly three months to complete — Dr. Moseley needed less than two weeks to assemble Transformational Leadership (13 days to be exact).

“It’s important for transformational leaders to build the capacity of their employees through the tenets of Bernard Bass: Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Idealized Influence, and Individual Consideration,” Dr. Moseley explains. “Every employee has different needs. It’s up to the leader to develop their staff into leaders. This will assist with promoting from within. Having a network of potential future leaders in an organization is very beneficial.”

Having recently appeared at the Women’s RISE Conference on Transformational Leadership in Paris, France, Dr. Mosely’s itinerary includes a scheduled appearance in New York City for the World Congress On Ultimate Women’s Expo July 14-15.
Also, from August 25-26, she will be speaking in Zagreb, Croatia for the World Summit on Women Empowerment and Leadership.
“I’ll also be launching my Passion Purpose Peace Academy this fall,” Dr. Moseley announced. “I provide a five-step service to assist people in living in their purpose and have inner peace.”
By all accounts, Dr. Moseley doesn’t shy away from the notion that she’s glad she had a change of heart in taking up Dr. Bryant’s offer to partner with her — yet again.

“The feedback for the first book was positive,” said Dr. Moseley, “and I’m sure this publication will have the same impact when released.”
