Call to Me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. (Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV)

STEADILY EXPANDING

For the record, Franklinton is a relatively small town.

So much, in fact, that this Franklin County, North Carolina establishment is reportedly comprised of somewhere in the neighborhood of roughly 2,456 residents, according to the latest U. S. census.

For what it’s worth, though, Tammie Harris would be the first to admit she isn’t merely fazed by the size of this historic suburb.

If nothing else, this accomplished Raleigh, North Carolina-based businesswoman views the size of Franklinton as a golden opportunity to pull of a massive accomplishment.

LEADING BY EXAMPLE

LEADING THE CHARGE — Tammie Harris Real Estate Firm’s newest chapter will be led by Tonya Bradford Powell, who has been named the Managing Broker for the Franklinton branch.

“There so much revitalization efforts underway in Franklinton, North Carolina, and we are so excited to be part of that movement,” Harris told Making Headline News during a recent interview.

For Harris, the face of Tammie Harris Real-Estate Firm, the progressive movement to which she is alluding is centered largely on her grandest feat to date.

In the coming days, Harris’ firm will commemorate the highly-anticipated opening of its third location, one that will ceremoniously become a part of the Franklinton community.

A grand opening that is officially scheduled for November 18, Tammie Harris Real-Estate Firm’s expansion event will take place from noon to 6 p.m. EST at its newest branch inside of the Mangum Lee Insurance Group facility, located at 8 N. Main Street.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 4 p.m.

SEASON OF A REBIRTH

The Tammie Harris Real-Estate Firm’s main branch is located at 4002 Barrett Drive, Suite 201, in Raleigh. There is also a branch in nearby Wake Forest.

A native of Franklin County — just north of Wake County in the rural town of Kittrell (widely regarded as the Bobbitt community) — Powell’s real estate tenure spans some 16-plus years, during which she has spent a considerable amount of the time working alongside Harris.

“I met Tonya when I was building my home and she was my realtor 15 years ago when I moved to Wake County,” Harris recalls. “We later became friends and, when I started my real-estate team, she joined me and have been working with me for seven years.”

Suitably known as the Team Leader of The Bradford Group who has appropriately adopted the catchphrase, “We Help You “Move With Purpose,” Powell grasped a passion for real estate after years of witnessing her father, Charles Bradford, become a beloved staple in this ever-involving industry.

FRANKLINTON COMING OUT PARTY — If nothing else, this accomplished Raleigh, North Carolina-based businesswoman views the size of Franklinton as a golden opportunity to pull of a massive accomplishment.

“My interest in real estate began while watching my dad obtain real estate properties,” Powell explained. “He started with one property, which later expanded into many. He worked hard to maintain his properties, all while holding down a full-time job.  I truly admired his dedication and knew one day I would explore the path of real estate.”

Indeed, she did.

And, to her distinctly unique credit, she has been nothing short of remarkable throughout a professional real estate career that dates back to 2006.

“My 16 years of real estate experience has afforded me the opportunity to assist many families,” Powell said. “I naturally have a passion to serve, and I enjoy going the extra mile for my amazing clients.”

Armed with an array of solid experience in her chosen profession, Powell is destined to help add to the sustained success Tammie Harris Real Estate Firm has acquired since its inception.

“My goal in real estate is to ensure my clients are educated throughout their real estate transactions,” Powell, a product of the Franklin County Schools system and East Carolina University, said. “I want them to walk away with a sense of empowerment and clarity of their purchase.

The Tammie Harris Firm provides me the opportunity for creativity and growth,” Powell continued. I enjoy the opportunity to mentor, support, and provide guidance to my (The Bradford Group) team. “Expanding the Tammie Harris Real Estate Firm into Franklinton, North Carolina, my dad’s hometown, brings me a sense of pride. I will work diligently to serve the clients in this community. I am very thankful to God for this opportunity.”

DESTINY STEPS

MAJOR HOMECOMING — A native of Franklin County — just north of Wake County in the rural town of Kittrell (widely regarded as the Bobbitt community) — Powell’s real estate tenure spans some 16-plus years, during which she has spent a considerable amount of the time working alongside Harris.

One by which she doesn’t merely take lightly.

Especially now that she’s steadfastly walking in the footsteps of her father.

Massive footsteps, to put it more precisely.
