Widely regarded as a highly sought-after global keynote speaker, vision board, mindset, and confidence expert, bestselling author, and motivational musician, Dr. Wharton stressed, among other things, her first full-fledge retreat is geared more towards women 40-and-over, particularly those who have been struggling with self-doubt, building more confidence, weight loss, and what she describes as “daily self-disappointment,” during which they can join forces in a safe space to strategically get their “Cute Curvy Confident” credentials, she said.
The opening night of the retreat figures to be as good as advertised, said Dr. Wharton, the mastermind behind the January 2019-released book, Cute & Curvy: Begin Your Journey To Wellness, a 51-page wellness guide that appropriately provides a structured approach to reaching happier and healthier lifestyle goals.
“We will be doing self-care during the spa night on (June 2), yoga, stretching, breathwork Saturday early morning (June 3),” Dr. Wharton told MHN.
Also, Dr. Wharton said there will be a session in which attendees will be able to learn what is known as her ExITcution Wellness Framework (June 3), as well as participate in in her signature Vision Board experience later that day with an official graduation ceremony taking place later that evening.
