If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, Who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. (James 1:5/NIV)
BOOKS UNIVERSITY
Ivy Caldwell’s ceremonious authorship debut unfolded in February 2021.
She has since gone on a book-writing marathon, of sorts.
The Rochester, New York-based author recently announced the release of Who Is My Father?, her riveting, fascinating written work that is a part of her Footprint Book Series.
Caldwell’s Who Is My Father? is her 27th book to date and her 12th in what has been a banner 2023 for this well-respected and accomplished author.

As part of Making Headline News’ advance coverage of Sarah Jakes Roberts’ inaugural Woman Evolve Conference September 14-16 from Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, Caldwell emphasized, among other things, her popular book series is designed in large part to give our children a voice and to advocate for them.
“There are so many children who don’t know who their father or mother is to no fault of their own,” Caldwell told MHN. “They have many questions floating in their minds, and they are looking for answers. There are even adults who don’t know their parents and are struggling today because of that reason. Our children grow up with abandonment and rejections issues. I am offering hope to our children. When a child picks up these books, I want them to be able to see themselves in the pages.”
Accompanied by 27 pages in length, Caldwell’s Who Is My Father? vividly depicts the life of a little boy who wants to know who his father is, but his mother is not answering any of his questions, according to a detailed synopsis of this author’s book via Amazon.com.

“The child wonders who he is, where he is and does he look like his dad,” Caldwell writes via her Amazon introductory page for her latest book. “He wonders is he the reason he has left. The boy has these lingering thoughts about seeing his father one day. Will you be ready to answer your child’s question when the time comes, or will you continue to put off answering the questions? When the dad is not in a child’s life it often makes them feel rejected and abandoned. Your child may not ever say anything to you, but they are wondering about this question: Who Is My Father?“
For Caldwell, her latest published masterpiece comes amid an in-depth conversation with Almighty God, she recalls.
“While in prayer one morning, the Holy Spirit said to me, ‘You can’t skip over your story,’” Caldwell explained. “I had to sit there and think about what my story was. The Holy Spirit said, ‘Your story will authenticate the children’s book series.’ I said, ‘Okay, God I will tell my story.’ I published my personal testimony in 2021…entitled Expose It, where I talk about overcoming abuse as a little girl. Then in 2023, the Footprint Children’s Book Series had finally been birthed.”
Much to her delight, Caldwell has become the beneficiary of a rash of favorable feedback since the release of her remarkably brilliant book series.

“I have received so much positive feedback about the children’s book series,” said Caldwell, “and it is a much-needed tool for our children.”
Added Caldwell — while referencing Ephesians 5:11 — when asked what divine message she’s aiming to send to her audience through Who Is My Father?:
“My divine message is we must do what scriptures tell us to do. We must expose the enemy and stop sitting idly by letting him wreak havoc in our homes and lives. It’s time to have those painful conversations and stop running, hiding, or acting as if they don’t exist. Let’s teach our children to talk about those things that are plaguing our souls so we can gain understanding and be free.
“We have seen a lot in the media about mental health for adults but what about our children. It’s time to give them space to expose it too.”
Interestingly enough, Caldwell has taken part in several speaking engagements during which she introduced Expose It. Now, she said, she’s hopeful such trend will continue surrounding her book series.
DESTINY STEPS
“The speaking engagements for the children’s book series is just a matter of time because I had a dream many years ago that I would be in a school auditorium sharing my stories with students,” Caldwell said. “Until then, I am enjoying this journey of my purpose being fulfilled and unfolding before my very eyes.”
All the while enjoying what undoubtedly has been a banner year for this brilliant, gifted author.
