A spinoff of Dr. Bryant’s Step Into Leadership Greatness: Leadership Isn’t Just A Title and Step Into Leadership Greatness, Volume 2: Leaders Producing Leaders — her international bestseller anthologies that were released in 2021 and 2022, respectively — the Step Into Leadership Greatness Summit will take place December 9 from 1-4 p.m. EST at Releve Coworking & Events, located at 5010 Brown Station Road, Suite 145, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

The first woman to be named both Making Headline News Woman of The Year and International Women’s Day Woman of the Year, Dr. Bryant emphasized, among other things, her empowerment assembly is designed in large part to unite leaders from various fields and industries during which they will share ideas, experiences, knowledge, and best practices about leadership.
“The summit is designed to motivate, inspire, and equip leaders with the necessary skills and tools to lead their organizations to success,” Dr. Bryant told MHN. “It will provide a platform for networking, building relationships with influential leaders, and promoting collaboration and innovation.”
A summit in which international educator, entrepreneur, and inspirational speaker Charlene Day will serve as moderator, Dr. Bryant said this assembly is also one that will enable attendees to unlock their full potential as leaders.

“You’ll gain valuable insights from top industry experts, network with like-minded professionals, and leave feeling empowered to take your career to the next level,” Dr. Bryant, owner and CEO of Reaching Within, An Empowerment Journey LLC, said, adding that as of press time, roughly 60 percent of tickets for her event have been purchased or sponsored.
Interestingly enough, several of the notable agenda during the three-hour summit include Leveraging Leadership and Technology For Impact, Mental Reframing: Growth Mindset Leadership, Cultivate Leadership Development Through Strategic Relationships, Harvesting Great Leaders, Scaling Leadership, and Data for Impact and Results.
Food will be provided during this event and networking opportunities will be available, organizers for the summit said.

This event is the next level up from the international bestseller Step Into Leadership Greatness books.”
