For Angela Warren, it was just recently when reality had finally begun to set in.
As she vividly recalls, it undoubtedly was overwhelmingly difficult to stomach.
For the record, that was approximately three months ago — back in May, to put it more precisely.
“I experienced one of the greatest losses of my life when my mother passed away,” Warren told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “For a time, it felt as though my entire world had come to a standstill. Grief changed my perspective, but it also deepened my compassion. As I continue caring for my aunt, I have discovered a renewed sense of purpose rooted in love, service, and legacy.”

To her distinctly unique credit, Warren has gone to great lengths to use her periodic moments of grief to establish a rising business endeavor, one that figures to help enrich and impact families for generations to come.
Warren, 59, is the mastermind behind Integrity Insurance Solutions, her Houston, Texas-based featured entrepreneurial venture that has become a fixture for aiding families with life insurance, wills and trusts, and mobile notary services, among other life-altering entities.
Accompanied by motto, Protecting What Matters Most — Today and For Generations To Come, Warren’s Integrity Insurance Solutions comes amid what she describes as learning to embrace life without her mother’s physical presence, the longtime Texas businesswoman told Making Headline News’ as part of its advance national coverage ahead of Bishop T. D. Jakes’ Good Soil Forum in Dallas October 8-10, featuring special guest, Tyler Perry.

Moreover, as the face of Integrity Insurance Solutions, Warren doesn’t shy away from the notion that her company’s mission is centered largely on ensuring that families feel seen, valued, and encouraged.
After all, she steadfastly emphasized, they deserve such a supreme honor.
“That is why I make it a priority to esteem and inspire others each day,” Warren, suitably known as The Legacy Protector, told MHN. “A kind word, a listening ear, or a simple act of compassion can make a lasting difference in someone’s life.”
This especially rings true for the senior population, said Warren, who acknowledged the elderly “hold a special place in my heart.”
“Their wisdom, resilience, and life experiences deserve to be honored with dignity, patience, and respect,” Warren said. “I believe they should never feel forgotten or overlooked. Whether through conversation, advocacy, or simply being present, I strive to remind them that they are valued and that their lives continue to have purpose and meaning.”
Having operated as an insurance professional for nearly a decade-and-a-half, Warren credits her mentor, the late Francis Marie Fleming, for empowering her to diligently pursue her entrepreneurial aspirations.
Mission accomplished.
“She was a daily inspiration,” Warren of Fleming, who passed away in November 2025. “Forty years in the industry, she never stopped. Her home, heart, and willingness to share her experiences in the industry was always an open door. Her final words with me will propel my footsteps in the insurance arena — helping others plan end of life is my mission.”

A native of Pontiac, Michigan, Warren is an alumna of Texas Southern University who also studied at Lamar University in nearby Beaumont, Texas and Christian Bible Institute & Seminary.
A former enrollee at the National Association of Christian Counseling, Warren is an accomplished Board Certified Christian Counselor in her own right.
“For me, inspiring others is more than an act of kindness it is a way of life,” Warren said. “By uplifting those around me, I hope to create a ripple effect of hope, compassion, and encouragement that extends far beyond a single interaction.”
