“I’ve always had this drive and ambition in me that I was born with because I always had to be doing something,” Henderson, a single mother of two, said. “Even in grade school, up until I graduated, I was very competitive, where I played sports volleyball, basketball, track and was the captain of the cheerleading squad. Being the person in charge was just something that came naturally.”
