“My business focuses on helping women entrepreneurs achieve success by teaching them how to apply kingdom principles in their business practices, thereby building both their businesses and the kingdom of God,” Dr. Beatty, 50, told Making Headline News during a recent interview.
The business to which Dr. Beatty is alluding is Laticia Nicole Enterprises LLC, her Durham, North Carolina-based featured endeavor that is comprised of this esteemed philanthropist functioning primarily as an accomplished transformation coach, author, motivational speaker.
A native of Detroit, Dr. Beatty’s rise to entrepreneurial success spans a little more than a decade.

“My competitive drive was fueled by my personal experiences of overcoming adversity,” Dr. Beatty recalls. “The determination to succeed not only for myself but to help others do the same has always been a motivating force. It has pushed me to explore various ventures and continuously grow in different capacities.”
More than anything, she acknowledged, nothing is more gratifying than to witness the life-altering transformation in the women she’s afforded to mentor.

“I’ve had the opportunity to speak at conferences, lead workshops, and coach women in various regions,” Dr. Beatty, an alumna of Winston-Salem State University, said.

Looking ahead, Dr. Beatty said she has several projects in the works, including making an appearance at ‘The Reset’ spiritual branding experience, as well as an international speaking engagement in Jamaica.
“I also have ongoing coaching programs for women business owners,” Dr. Beatty said. “I was greatly inspired by my grandmother and mother, both of whom were strong women and single mothers. Their resilience and devotion to family and community shaped my outlook on helping others, especially women.”
