Betta get your popcorn ready.
That was Aaron Jordan Jr.’s forthright response when the globally acclaimed media mogul announced arguably his grandest milestone to date.
“This is a surreal moment for my brand, team, and partners,” Jordan Jr. said in a weekend social media post before his large contingent of followers via Facebook. “One of my books has been adapted into a movie.”
The film to which Jordan Jr. is alluding is Dating My Past, his highly-anticipated motion picture that will make its ceremonious world debut November 7 in Curacao.
FROM HARDCOPY TO MOTION PICTURE
A Lesser Antilles Island in the southern Caribbean Sea — specifically the Dutch Caribbean region — Curacao is located approximately 40 miles north of Venezuela and is a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
A riveting, captivating movie in which Jordan Jr. is the Executive Producer and is partnered with Ricky Burchell Studios, Dating My Past is a distinctly unique spinoff of The Power Within, A Woman’s Worth: From Both Sexes.
Jordan Jr.’s awe-inspiring written work that made its official release in May 2017 — although it was originally published on July 22, 2014 — The Power Within, A Woman’s Worth: From Both Sexes helps you to truly harness and understand your value in the dating world, taking yourself out of the victimized viewpoint, where you can be able to get a good hard look at self and your situation, according to a detailed breakdown of Jordan Jr.’s book via Amazon.com.

An American award-winning author, radio personality, relationship coach, and speaker, Jordan Jr. goes to great lengths to help his readers come to grips with what he describes as the hardest in the world to grasp, “which is ourselves.”
“We have the tendency to sabotage our own happiness because of the triggers of our passed hurts,” Jordan Jr. said via Amazon.com. “Whatever dominates your thoughts the most, that is what you will attract into your life.” This book also breaks down the philosophy of dating into five steps we normally try to skip when it comes to finding love. You’ll learn what the Fourth Quarter Love is and how it breaks down the general order of how the dating process is when we are looking for a partner.
“Once you have this book, truly internalizing the wisdom within will lead to a better and healthier you in dating, providing you with concepts, case studies, and analogies that can truly help you not only in your love life but in your personal development as well. If you want to be taken seriously in your love life, then you should take finding love serious.”
As for the forthcoming premiere of Jordan Jr.’s movie, this rising producer doesn’t shy away from the notion he deemed it gratifying that his featured book has subsequently emerged into a film viewers figure to embrace for years to come.
“The thing for me that made it so special is seeing a book that I wrote in 2017 come to life in a way that I could not have imagined, with an amazing cast who all did a phenomenal job,” Jordan Jr. told Making Headline News this week. “I could not be more pleased with the job performance. Amazing job to our casting director, Vicki Myers Fults, who casted the amazing talent.”
A film that is comprised of nine cast members, Jordan Jr. emphasized, among other things, Dating My Past is an awe-inspiring movie that will vividly shine the spotlight on what he appropriately labels “this dating space,” most notably the rash of obstacles and “unclosed doors” from our past that hinders us from the progression of happiness in this space.
“But it is not until we face our past head on and ourselves before we can experience the happiness we deserve,” Jordan Jr., Making Headline News Man of The Year for 2020 and 2021, said, explaining the divine message he’s aiming to send to his viewers by way of his film.
