
DALLAS — After what was a banner year through their respective endeavors, businesswomen Dr. Theresa Ann Moseley, Twanda E. Young, and Dr. LaQuita Parks will be named Making Headline News Women of The Year for 2025.
Atlanta businessmen Jay Vinson and Nashville media mogul Aaron Jordan Jr. will be named Making Headline News Men Of The Year for 2025.

Official announcements of Making Headline News’ Women and Men’s most covenant awards will come the final week of December.
Dr. Moseley garnered high praise in 2025 amid the ceremonious release of her 26th book, Peace Within: The Home The School The Community & Work The World, an anthology that is comprised of 32 co-authors. Dr. Moseley’s informative, life-enhancing collaborative written work made its official debut in early September.

Young, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based businesswoman and philanthropist, acquired international honors during the prestigious FLUXX Awards 2025 in Hong Kong in June.
For her valiant philanthropy contributions, Young was awarded the Lifetime Achievement for Leadership and Empowerment during the two-day FLUXX Awards 2025.
Dr. Parks, meanwhile, has enjoyed a stellar 2025 during which her Atlanta-based Pa-Pro-Vi Publishing celebrated its fifth year of existence during an official celebratory event back on August 30. She will be named MHN Woman of The Year for a second time, this after she came away with the media outlet’s most prestigious honor in 2022.
Dr. Parks’ Pa-Pro-Vi Publishing has emerged as a massive game-changer for authors/aspiring authors, given it has managed to service clients in various U.S. markets and around the globe since its August 2020 inception.

An esteemed faith leader and empowerment extraordinaire, Vinson will be named Making Headline News Man of The Year for an unprecedented fourth consecutive year.

The Auburn University alum garnered high praise amid the startup of JV Athlete Advisory Services, his Atlanta-based purpose-driven organization designed to equip student-athletes with essential tools for mental wellness, NIL education, leadership development, and personal branding.
Suitably named, “Mr. Know Your Worth,” Jordan Jr., meanwhile, has enjoyed a remarkable year in which the Mid-South philanthropist and native Memphian spearheaded the highly-anticipated movie, Dating My Past: The Heart Has To Find Its Way Back.
The executive producer of this newly-released film, Dating My Past: The Heart Has To Find Its Way Back currently airs on Tubi.
For Jordan Jr., he will come away with MHN Man of the Year honors for a third time, this after he accomplished such feats in back-to-back years in 2020 and 2021.

Longtime Maryland Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Marcea Burnette Whitaker, MD, and Washington, DC mental health advocate Dr. Rhonda M. Wood will be named Making Headline News’ International Women’s Day Women of the Year for 2026.

Dr. Whitaker will come away with this honor for an unprecedented third consecutive year while Dr. Wood will accomplish such a feat for the first time since she acquired MHN’s highest global honor in 2023.
Originally called the International Working Women’s Day, this day is celebrated annually on March 8 and customarily commemorates the movement for women’s rights.
