San Antonio’s Aunjane ”AJ” Johnson defying odds, making major moves as young entrepreneur

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. (Philippians 4:13 KJV)

GOD’S FAITH STEPPER

ALA-MO SUCCESS — A native of San Antonio, Aunjane ”AJ” Johnson is a full-time entrepreneur as the owner and CEO of Destination Prosperity Multiservice Company, LLC, which specializes in offering business startup coaching, particularly through what Johnson describes as customized kits and power hours based specifically on their growth and industry, she told Making Headline News this week.

DALLAS — Although it might be widely considered rather clichéish, Aunjane ”AJ” Johnson would be the first to tell to that age ain’t nothing but a number.

Consider, for instance, the fact that Johnson is just 24 years of age.

Still, for someone who’s roughly five months away from witnessing her 25th birthday, Johnson is steadily devising ways to function mightily in her element, most notably as a young entrepreneur.

A native of San Antonio, Johnson is a full-time entrepreneur as the owner and CEO of Destination Prosperity Multiservice Company, LLC, which specializes in offering business startup coaching, particularly through what Johnson describes as customized kits and power hours based specifically on their growth and industry, she told Making Headline News this week.

WHAT ABOUT “AJ’s BUSINESS? https://www.destinationprosperityllc.net/

COVERED BY ANGELS — All things considered, Johnson’s immeasurable success as a young businesswoman has emerged amid her share of hardships, a trend that, to her credit, has contributed mightily to her quest to go after all her critics and naysayers sensed she couldn’t have. After experiencing what she describes as “a very traumatic three years of my life,” Johnson recalls like yesterday when, truth be told, she was practically homeless, living out of a laundry basket or, as she vividly explains, a section of closet space and with two drawers, to be more technical.

In addition, Johnson’s venture customarily offers financial literacy coaching and education services as a strategic way to greatly aid individuals, especially those who often struggle with the management of their personal finances through monthly budgeting, savings plans, and workshops along with affordable credit consulting.

A business venture that went full throttle some two-and-a-half years ago, Johnson is thoroughly convinced that Destination Prosperity Multiservice Company, LLC’s best and brightest days are well ahead of it.

“I like educating, motivating, and assisting entrepreneurs and the community to learn how to build something of their own, manage their finances, and build their credit ethically and legally,” said Johnson, who rising business accommodates persons ranging in ages 13-and-up or, as she specifically acknowledges, “middle school through college students and adults up to age 40.”

After experiencing what she describes as “a very traumatic three years of my life,” Johnson recalls like yesterday when, truth be told, she was practically homeless, living out of a laundry basket or, as she vividly explains, a section of closet space and with two drawers, to be more technical.

That, she said, is when reality has finally set in, considering even as a youngster, she knew full well that she was fearfully and wonderfully made in God, she knew full well that there’s got to be more to life than what was placed in front of her.

But God…

“I made a decision that I would create a better life for (my child),” Johnson said. “I decided we would be on housing for a bit until I finished college, but during that time, I will start planning my company and securing our future by building a business so I can spend time with my baby girl after being raised as a single mother, who had dreams but worked constantly.”

DOING IT BIG IN TEXAS — For someone who’s a roughly five months from witnessing her 25th birthday, Johnson is steadily devising ways to function mightily in her element, most notably as a young entrepreneur.

To her credit, coupled with what seemed to be a renewed sense of unshakable faith, Johnson stayed the course, stayed true to herself and, most importantly, trusted the process until she reaped the favorable results she so desperate sought.

In that order.

After graduating from Douglas  San Antonio’s Macarthur High School at 17 years of age, Johnson enrolled in the Cosmetology Program at Milan Institute, then finished a couple years later at Ogle School Of Hair, Skin and Nails.

Interestingly, she’s currently studying Accounting at Colorado Technical University and has just three sessions left to complete her undergraduate degree requirements.

WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS…

As if these achievements aren’t enough to cap off a dramatic comeback story, Johnson announced that she’s scheduled to make a few podcast appearances in the foreseeable future and will be teaching a virtual class teaching April 2 entitled, “How to Build An Agency.”

As for her rising company, Johnson said, “My personal mission is to build and educate the community. I want people to stop sitting on their dreams and go for it.”

Because, as she puts it forthright, life is precious, yet fragile, meaning we’ve only got one shot at this thing.

So it’s either hit or miss.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER — After graduating from Douglas  San Antonio’s Macarthur High School at 17 years of age, Johnson enrolled in the Cosmetology Program at Milan Institute, then finished a couple years later at Ogle School Of Hair, Skin and Nails. Interestingly, she’s currently studying Accounting at Colorado Technical University and has just three sessions left to complete her undergraduate degree requirements.

“We only get one life,” said Johnson, “and I want anyone I’m blessed to reach to live their best life despite life’s challenges.”

Well said by this young, flourishing businesswoman whom, even at 24 years of age, knows a thing or two about defying some of life’s greatest challenges.

Arizona entrepreneur Stephanie White defies the urge to quit, establishes a credible event planning business

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. (Romans 8:18 NIV)

For Stephanie White, one would be hard-pressed not to discover that her professional event planning business, by all accounts, is what she describes as her “niche.”

Then again, her niche goes far beyond running the day-to-day operations of her venture.

“(It’s) my niche,” White told Making Headline News this week. “My personal mission is to help and serve, to give back to others. I desire to create a business where I can hire people to help and always have work for my staff…to help others find work in my business. There are tons of businesses we see closing and people are left without jobs. I want to be the first wedding planning business to provide jobs.”

GLOBAL THING OF BEAUTY — Given the immeasurable strides she’s made since she diligently stepped out on faith and established Amorous Weddings and Events by Stephanie LLC, it’s safe to assume that Chandler, Arizona entrepreneur Stephanie White seems well on her way to achieving such a lofty ambition — much sooner than later.

Given the immeasurable strides she’s made since she diligently stepped out on faith and established Amorous Weddings and Events by Stephanie LLC, it’s safe to assume that White seems well on her way to achieving such a lofty ambition — much sooner than later.

Widely known mostly as a global wedding and event planner, White, 41, has become a fixture as a professional designer, one who has made a name for herself, considering her talents have been nothing short of remarkable, particularly for corporate events.

With nearly a decade of experience in event planning, White also specializes in cultural theme events.

While her event planning gifts and talents are things of beauty, White would be the first to admit that her business didn’t merely evolve as an overnight success.

In fact, long before her Chandler, Arizona-based Amorous Weddings and Events by Stephanie LLC had become what it is today, White recalls like yesterday those times she had to strategically devise ways to appropriately find her niche in what is steadily becoming an ever-so-competitive industry.

“It has not always been good, because I have had my share of ups and downs,” White, a native of San Antonio, said. “I made sure I at least kept my business afloat. I started my business, because I have always had a passion for helping others. I enjoyed planning events and get-togethers when I was younger. I decided to become a wedding planner after I was told by another planner I was getting better deals than she was for my own wedding at the time. I thought about it and decided to give it a shot.”

To her credit, White — who holds a Criminal Justice degree from Arizona State — hasn’t looked back since. If nothing else, she’s going to great lengths to promote and enhance an event planning business that is attracting more of a global presence.

Never mind the potentially fatal encounter that transpired some two years ago.

NEAR TRAGEDY TO TRIUMPH — As White had ultimately realize during what appeared to be a dark season in her life, God was only trying and challenging her faith in ways she never imagine, in ways that were accompanied by a long periods of temporary inconveniences.

“My business took a huge down fall about two years ago when my family member was in a car accident,” White, who also holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, explained. “It was devastating to both of my kids and our dog, Torpedo. I had to care for this family member and, boy, it was very hard to do.”

As White had ultimately realize during what appeared to be a dark season in her life, God was only trying and challenging her faith in ways she never envisioned, in ways that were accompanied by seemingly long periods of temporary inconveniences.

“Between sleeping at the hospital and managing home, it was too much to bare,” White recalled. “My daughter is 13 and son is 20. We had a long way to go, but I still tried to manage everything as a single mother.”

For White and her family, things would become seemingly more unbearable before they eventually took a turn for the better.

ON THE RIGHT PATH — To her credit, White — who holds a Criminal Justice degree from Arizona State — hasn’t looked back since. If nothing else, she’s going to great lengths to promote and enhance an events planning business that is attracting more of a global presence.

“During the same year of the accident, I had moved about four times,” White recalled. “We were staying at friends’ houses, and sometimes, I slept in the car with my dog while my daughter was at her friend’s house. It was cold and some nights were long nights.”

Still, giving up wasn’t merely an option, although the thought had apparently crossed White’s mind. Then  again, amongst the things with which she had to come to grips was that she had two children and the family pet depending on her — relying on her to stay strong, even when being strong was her only choice.

“I oftentimes thought I should just give up and run away. But I knew my kids needed me to be strong, so I carried on with tears in my eyes, not knowing where the next meal was going to be. I was good at hiding from my close friends. This was another eye-opener…people who I thought were there to support me never responded back to me. I was at my lowest and needed help, not a handout, but help figuring out what to do.” — Stephanie White

Even at her lowest point, even while being gripped and saddled by arguably the darkest season of her life, even when it seemed her faith was bleak and she struggled with declaring, “the hell with all of this turmoil,” God had eventually came to her rescue, thus provided her family — and the family pet — a way of escape.

GOD’S PLAN — With an itinerary that includes hosting bridal shows in early 2019 in Arizona, Florida, Maryland, and California, say this about White: she’s functioning mightily in her element with God, her Helper, leading the way.

“How many know when God has you standing still you stand, (you’ve got to) know he is God?” said White, sharing a setback-to-comeback story for the ages. “So I stood there in my tears. God moved. I soon had a place to stay.”

Fast forward a couple of years later, White was eventually introduced to divine purpose as God continued to show Himself strong.

“When I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree, I knew I needed to have a business,” White said. “I was the first one in my family who had a Business degree and the second to have a degree, period. This was my game changer. I was in it to win it.”

Much to her delight, she’s been winning ever since.

So have her children. Oh, and the dog, too.

With an itinerary that includes hosting bridal shows in early 2019 in Arizona, Florida, Maryland, and California, say this about White: she’s functioning mightily in her element with God, her Helper, leading the way.

“It is imperative for me to esteem and inspire others daily, because that is my purpose in life,” White said. “I have been through so much by my own choices. I have had a lot of heart breaks. This time, it’s about God and others.”

Not to mention her children.

Oh, and the dog, too.

Former pro athlete Spencer Conley has evolved as an internationally-acclaimed inspirational speaker and life professor

A TRUE PRO — A native of New Jersey who has spent the better portion of his life in Texas, Spencer Conley is widely known as an Inspirational Speaker and Life Professor, one who undoubtedly has found his niche in this ever-so-evolving industry. Not bad for a former pro athlete whom, as he tells it, tried diligently to avoid higher education. “I accomplished something that I never thought I’d do,” Conley, 44, told longtime journalist Andre Johnson during a recent interview. “I became a college graduate. And I tried to get out of it.” Because he managed to persevere and press his way toward earning his college degree, what Conley ultimately discovered aside from having flourished on the grid iron was that he also was birthed with gift of coaching. Err, life coaching, that is.

DALLAS — Without question, Spencer Conley is one driven man.

Too driven, that is.

A former prep, collegiate and professional standout of an athlete, Conley, because the divine calling on his life, has witnessed God exalt and promote and elevate in ways unimaginable.

So much, in fact, that Conley doesn’t shy away from the notion that he’s one who basking and dwelling in the purpose for which he was created, thus striving daily to esteem others highly than himself.

“There’s no title to what I do,” said Conley who, as usual, always seems to know exactly what to say and, most importantly, knows how to inspire others in the process.

“But there’s purpose to what I do,” he continued.

aas-768x576Given the immense strides he’s made since hanging up his helmet and cleats as a pretty efficient football player, it’s safe to assume that Conley is driven in such a way that his inspiring, eloquent voice has appropriately given way to his having emerged as an internationally-acclaimed personality in his own right.

DRIVEN BY GOD — The founder of chief executive officer of Too Driven, Conley — widely known as “Big Coach Con” — is a motivator who conveys a life-altering experience that always leaves the audience ready to believe and to better themselves, according to a spokesperson at www.toodriven.com. In addition, Conley’s primary emphasis is to deliver the most powerful messages, many of which have him tagged as “The H.O.P.E. Dealer” or Helping Others Practice Encouragement.”

GLOBAL IMPACT — Conley has been afforded to travel abroad — early and often. To his credit, for instance, his profession has allowed how to put his immense skills on display in as many as 42 countries, most notably Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Nigeria, Ghana, China, Japan, Germany, Spain and France, among others. In addition, Conley has given speeches in 45 U. S. states with the exception of Montana, North and South Dakota, Oregon and Maine, he said.

MORE ON SPENCER CONLEY: http://www.toodriven.com/about.

According to one rave review on www.toodriven.com, “This former professional athlete and highly sought-after Motivational Speaker has a way with words that can only be described as life changing. When you call on (Big Coach Con), you’re not getting a service, you’re getting RESULTS!”

Which, to Conley’s credit, sums up why he has steadily evolved and blossomed into arguably one of the finest up-and-coming inspirational speakers — and Life Professors — in this present generation.

Still, one who deems it necessary to always remain humble, Conley would be the first to acknowledge that he’s just giddy that his Creator thought it essential to set him aside for His use for a time such as now.

“I’m walking in purpose,” Conley said.

HE HAS A DREAM…TOO — A former prep, collegiate and professional standout of an athlete, Conley, because the divine calling on his life, has witnessed God exalt and promote and elevate in ways unimaginable.

“There’s no title to what I do,” said Conley who, as usual, always seems to know exactly what to say and, most importantly, knows how to inspire others in the process.

And no one has to remind him of Who orchestrated all of this.

“It’s God,” Conley’s quick to acknowledge. “Many have contributed to the man I’ve become. This walk is something I must do alone, yet you know you’re in the right place, even though you’re (often) misunderstood and no one understands but you. Life is too precious. I have no time to wait for it to be okay to others or for them to understand.”

Amongst the reasons is that Conley has been afforded to travel abroad — as often as he can, every chance he gets.

To his credit, for instance, his notable profession has allowed how to put his immense skills on display in as many as 42 countries, most notably Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Nigeria, Ghana, China, Japan, Germany, Spain and France, among others.

In addition, Conley has given speeches in 45 U. S. states (the North Slope Alaska bring amongst his best establishments) with the exception of Montana, North and South Dakota, Oregon and Maine, he said.

When asked how many speeches he gives annually, Conley, displaying his customary signature smiles, paused and said: “I’d be comfortable you can say 300 easily. I could do 25 (public) schools in a week. I’ve done that. So when we look at it, that number goes up.”

And let’s not forget the major colleges and universities such as West Point, the University of Minnesota, University of Texas at Austin, Loyola Marymount University, the University of Kentucky, and the Shanghai (China) Institute of Technology, just to name a few.

ALL GOD'S DOING --- “What I do is tied and deeply rooted to my belief system,” Conley said. “God gave his son! The son gave his life. Two great acts of giving sum up the foundation of my belief system. I’m not churchy. For me, it’s about applying what I know how I treat people with the things I know and when you look at me do you see who I claim to be…forget about what I say am I living it. That’s the reasons I don’t get into titles or outrageous introductions. It’s not about how much you know it’s about how much you care. Credentials don’t mean you can help me.”

“How inspiration feels personally, many of us struggle to take the nessessary steps to experience it for ourselves, desperately trying to connect to those who put in the work to experience personal victory,” Conley explained. “We won,” yet they didn’t participate.”

There’s certainly more to this notion.

By and large, given how God has miraculously and majestically used him for His glory to encourage the masses, without question, “Big Coach Con” is one driven man.

Too driven, that is.
