For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. (Romans 8:18 KJV)
Dallas Gordon’s book is a little more than a month removed from its much-anticipated release date and, much to her delight, it’s already having a massive kingdom impact.
According to those who are closely connected to Gordon, a Harford County, Maryland-based author, her newly-produced book entitled, “From Pain To Power: Embrace The Lesson And Reclaim Your Power,” will be the center of discussion during a local Bible study in the coming weeks.
GOD’S LEADING LADY — According to those who are closely connected to Dallas Gordon, a Hartford County, Maryland-based author, her newly-produced book entitled, “From Pain To Power: Embrace The Lesson And Reclaim Your Power,” will be the center of discussion during a local Bible study in the coming weeks.
For Gordon, such an intriguing development undoubtedly is in alignment with the divine purpose she’s convinced that God had for her book since He strategically assigned her to compose it.
“I had been writing this book since childhood, but never published anything until recently,” Gordon, an Owings Mills, Maryland native, told Making Headline News this week. “I was in a really hard season, and was writing my way through it.”
Because of who she is and because of where God is taking her, Gordon not only used her immeasurable gifts as a young writer to help spiritually bail her out of her tumultuous season in the wilderness.
Rather, she used her dazzling writing mechanics to help steer her into a much-needed and intimate fellowship with God.
ROUND OF APPLAUSE — As expected, Gordon’s reading audience has collectively applauded and commended her for obeying God’s Voice by moving forward with a book she had finished writing some time last year.
That, to her credit, practically sums up why her newly-assembled project is having an immediate kingdom impact.
“It was during hard times that it was impressed in my spirit to just write,” said Gordon, explaining how God had gone about giving her the vision to write her book. “During that season, I was so conflicted as to why everything seemed to be going wrong. I could barely utter a word in prayer, so I just wrote.”
For what it worth is, the more she wrote, the more revelation knowledge she began to acquire.
The more revelation knowledge she began to acquire, the more she began to steadfastly build up her spirit man.
The more she began to build up her spirit man, the more she began to witness just why God had strategically handpicked her to produce a life-enhancing, spiritually-driven book for such a time as now.
Never mind that her heart was suddenly broken into pieces along what undoubtedly was a rough and rugged, sometimes seemingly unbearable journey as a young writer.
“My dad passed away a couple years ago during the season of me writing this book,” Gordon explained.” His death was very unexpected and made me realize just how much life isn’t promised. This heartbreak pushed me over the edge and into actually publishing my very first book.”
The rest, as they say, was history.
BUT GOD — Because of who she is and because of where God is taking her, Gordon not only used her immeasurable gifts as a young writer to help spiritually bail her out of her tumultuous season in the wilderness.
Despite the untimely death of her father, despite the assortment of unfavorable situations and circumstances, even when it seemed her faith was bleak and on the brink of evaporating, God has ultimately stepped in and rescued her child as only He could.
“That pain is inevitable, but we can change our perspective and take our power back while doing so,” said Gordon, explaining the slew of developments surrounding a From Pain To Power book that is comprised of 84 pages and was officially released on September 17. “I believe one of my great purposes in life is to lead people into freedom, mentally, spiritually and financially. This book is helping people to live a life of freedom and have joy even in trying times.”
As expected, Gordon’s reading audience has collectively applauded and commended her for obeying God’s Voice by moving forward with a book she had finished writing some time last year.
FAMILY FOCUS — Gordon’s book is a little more than a month removed from its much-anticipated release date and, much to her delight, it’s already having a massive kingdom impact.
“I’m amazed by the positive reactions,” said Gordon, who’s widely also as a motivational speaker and expert business coach. “I’ve received from the book. It’s changing lives one person at a time.”
Interestingly, Gordon’s new book has garnered a favorable media presence, considering she was recently was interviewed on the Mavericks On The Move Show and also appeared on the show, “Accelerate With Valencia Daniel.”
“I want for people to know that no matter what they’re grieving, whether it is a loss of a business, spouse or loved one, that there is life after losing someone or something,” Gordon said. “Problems happen, but we can walk in victory when we choose the higher road, which is positive thinking. With a strong mindset and faith in God, we can conquer anything.”
Something that, in all likelihood, will be reinforced in the coming week’s when her book becomes the center of discussion during a local Bible study.
Talk about God using His child for His glory.
