For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. (Romans 8:18 NKJV)
GRATEFUL SHE IS
Just after 6 o’clock EST on Wednesday evening, Evangelist Freda Gore wasted little time taking to her social media timeline, where she erected a rather spirited, life-enhancing declaration.
Said Gore before her gallery of followers via Facebook: God Does All Things Well! I’m Forever Grateful!
Indeed, He does, especially for Gore, this beloved devout woman of faith whom, just recently, witnessed yet another glimpse of God’s glory when she made her much-anticipated authorship debut.
A native of Loris, South Carolina — a rural northern Horry County establishment that is comprised of roughly 2,396 residents, according to the latest U. S., census — Gore is the mastermind behind the spiritually empowering book entitled, Forever Grateful.

An attention-grabbing, awe-inspiring written work that is accompanied by 73 pages in length and features Gore gracing the cover, exhibiting the praying hands gesture, Forever Grateful is widely regarded as a Christian-oriented novel, of sorts, one that recalls the rash of obstacles and experiences this author faced from childhood to adulthood, marriage, to divorce and ministry, as mentioned in a detailed synopsis of her book at Amazon.com.
Interestingly, Gore vividly shares with her reading audience that each of her life-altering circumstances had what she labels “its own level of pain,” with “devastation and growth” topping the list.
All things considered, while this beloved woman of God has become a fixture in the Body of Christ and was always encouraged to have faith, she admittedly found herself being tested on virtually every side, she told Making Headline News this week.
But God…
“I didn’t allow my situations to define the person that I am, the calling, and anointing on my life, nor my destiny,” Gore, who resides in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, writes. “The difficulty of these trials and tribulations gave me all the reasons why I should trust God the more and to live as an overcomer who strives to stay holy and righteous before the Father and men.”
A preacher’s kid — or PK as they say in the modern-day church — who was born to Elder Titus and Elder Elaine Hemingway, Gore emphasized, among other things, that her spiritually-enhancing new book was launched, in large part as a strategic way to help advance the kingdom.
“(My purpose for this book is to) telling my testimony…to let others know that you’re not defined by the challenges and trails that you face,” said Gore, who accepted her calling to spread the Gospel in 2009 when she was officially ordained as a minister.
A book she commenced to composing in 2018 and needed somewhere in neighborhood of a year to finish, Gore’s Forever Grateful made its ceremonious debut on the market on May 1, 2020.
Much to her delight, her published masterpiece has been as good as advertised, given it has garnered a slew of rave reviews.
To God be the glory.
“I’ve received so many (favorable) testimonials of how the book has helped (people) heal in different areas (of their lives),” said Gore, adding that Book No. 2 is presently in the works. “Some have said they were inspired, uplifted and (this book) turned their lives around because of my testimony.”
Gore has announced that plans are in the works to hold a book launch for a book that is less than a month removed from its official release. Also, she has been contacted for speaking engagements to discuss her newly-assembled project and is scheduled to appear on a virtual live stream entitled, “Whoa It’s Me.”
By and large, Gore doesn’t shy away from the notion that her new book aligns with the divine purpose for which God created her.
Gore holds an Associate Degree in Business from Horry Georgetown Technical College in nearby Conway, South Carolina, where she also earned a certificate in Medical Clerical Assistant and a diploma in Business. Consequently, she earned an undergraduate degree in Business (Human Resources Management), then acquired an MBA from Capella University (Phoenix campus).
HE MAKES ALL THINGS NEW
“This book was designed for my evangelical ministry to help men and women deal with the cares of life through the eyesight of God,” Gore said, who was also inspired by her spiritual leaders, Bishop Michael and Elect Lady Sylvia Woodard of New Direction Christian Church of Loris. “And (I also want) to let them know that just because you were rejected, went through a divorce or lost some things in life, you don’t have to be bitter, but (you can) choose to be better.”
Because if she’s said it once, she’s said it a countless number of times.
That is, God Does All Things Well! I’m Forever Grateful!
In Jesus Name.
