“Whether you come from a council estate or a country estate, your success will be determined by your own confidence and fortitude.” — Michelle Obama
THIS IS HER SEASON
Wanna see what God’s grace and mercy looks like?
For starters, take a real good look at Trinette Collier Greene, particularly how God has strategically set her aside for His use.
“Having my self-esteem as a priority for this business is imperative for all that I serve because I need to be an example of what God’s grace and mercy looks like in my life,” Greene told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “This is to show that life is going happen, but God is in control.”
For Greene, it is due in large because of God’s grace and mercy that she has been blessed mightily to fulfill her divine purpose as the chief executive officer of Trinette L. Collier LLC, her Atlanta-area venture that is the umbrella for TLC Coaching and Services.

“Through my advocacy of life and celebrations, I’ve coined the titled, Inspirationalist,’” Greene, 48, said of her progressive, thriving endeavor.
Suitably referred to as a “strategically designed” venture, Greene’s TLC Relationship Coaching, for instance, customarily provides workshops and ideas for groups and individuals who desire relationship improvement, she said. These strategies, she acknowledged, were put in place, in large part to promote what she deems as “measurable success of vertical and horizontal relationships.”
Generally, the mission of TLC Coaching is to provide both women and men with healthy and effective strategies geared towards building successful relationships, Greene said.
An elementary school teacher whose career in the education sector spans 24 years, Greene announced that she currently transitioning into her new role as a Certified Relationship Coach.
A native of Los Angeles, Greene is a 1990 graduate of San Bernadino, California’s Eishenhower High School. Consequently, she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from Atlanta’s historic Morris Brown College in 1997.
Then, in 2004, Greene acquired an M.Ed Curriculum Instruction Specialist from Coppin State University in Baltimore.
In 2015, she would ultimately become an ACSTH Certified Relationship Coach through the Academy of Creative Coaching before getting approved to coach specific training hours coaching credentials from an International Coach Federation.
“The competitive drive in my life prepared me for this season,” Greene said of her immeasurable body of work through her selected industry. “I truly did not understand the trials and tribulations I was going through at that moment.”
Little did Greene know, however, it was those occasional obstacles that emerged in her life to challenge her faith that, as a result, increased her faith.
“My trials didn’t come until I was an adult as I thought I had life figured out,” Greene explained. “There was a period when I lost all possessions as I tried to start a business while in the midst of a divorce, dealing with infertility, cashing out my retirement fund and more. And, as God continued to elevate me, He continued to open the doors that placed me in this current position. I didn’t know that my life experiences would birth books and a new career that was orchestrated by God.”
A TLC Coaching venture that services women and men ranging mostly in ages 21-and-up, Greene’s entrepreneurial success comes amid her love for empowering people from various walks of life to become better versions of themselves.
“I am a person who loves people, which entails helping, inspiring and encouraging those who are in need of it,” Greene said. “In this business, you must have compassion, empathy, and a genuine love of people to make that connection. I also like the positive and ordained connections that I have made. I am blessed beyond measure to have had positive and encouraging inspirations. My inspiration starts with my late parents (Ivory and Carolyn Collier), who birthed my sister and three brothers. My niece and nephews and, of course, my husband, Chef Greene.”
Greene also credits her extended family and close friends, particularly those she said “has had my back from the beginning.”
“And I can honestly state that they have been supportive on this journey,” Greene says without hesitation. “I am blessed for that.”
Appropriately and eloquently said by this devout woman of faith whom, much to her delight, is a reflection what God’s grace and mercy looks like.
In other developments:
On September 24, Greene relaunched Trinette L. Collier LLC, including her radio show, You’ve Got Male…Messages From Him With Ta’Shon & Friends, as well as a new podcast series, Woman On Fire.
