CREATNG A WIDESPREAD BUZZ 

To her distinctly unique credit, Kyra Jefferson has created a rather dignified business card, of sorts, one that has come distinctively wrapped in an informatively fascinating book.

“I wrote the book so it would be my business card to speak to my people about wealth, legacy and money,” Jefferson, a native Detroiter, told Making Headline News this week.

The book to which Jefferson is referencing is Jefferson’s Journey: The Boom, Bankruptcy And Bounce Back, her featured written work that jumpstarted her authorship debut in Summer 2021.

A little more than a year removed from having made its ceremonious debut, Jefferson’s Journey vividly depicts the story of a Michigan businesswoman-turned-author who how went from living what she describes as “my best life” to filing for bankruptcy, to regaining financial freedom, according to detailed synopsis of this writer’s book at https://jeffersons-journey.com/.

Now that her authorship endeavor has come full circle, Jefferson felt compelled to empower the masses to discover effective ways to reap — and sustain — financial freedom.

By all accounts, Jefferson’s rise to entrepreneurial success comes amid humble beginnings.

“In 2008, my unsustainable lifestyle of excessive spending and travel was cut short when I fell into a financial rut, forcing me to file for bankruptcy,” Jefferson, an accomplished real estate professional, recalls. “I was distraught. I knew it would take drastic measures to dig myself out, but I was ready to do what it took.”

As Jefferson explained, God had strategically given her the awe-inspiring vision to write her first book “about five or six years ago.”

“It came out June of 2021,” Jefferson told MHN.

And what a remarkably brilliant financial game changer it has become, a book that, much to the delight of Jefferson, is as good as advertised.

“My divine message is don’t be afraid of your money,” Jefferson says without hesitation. “Learn to budget, put your house on a diet, learn where your money is going and, if it’s not enough, why and what can you do about it?”

In a nutshell, Jefferson acknowledged, what it all boils down to one’s adopting the proper perception about money management.

“Most people don’t have the strategy or concept to go from not enough to, ‘Now I have enough without help,’” Jefferson said. “The book will show you how to make your money, not just enough, but more than enough through multiple streams of income.  We all have gifts and talents that can generate money. Wealth is a mindset that becomes a reality through a plan and working the plan. I want to teach our people that we have the money, but don’t have the knowledge on what to do with it or we’re putting our money on the wrong things and into the wrong places.”

To her credit, Jefferson has become the beneficiary of a rash of rave reviews and feedback since Jefferson’s Journey: The Boom, Bankruptcy And Bounce Back hit the market.

“This book has made people change the way they think and look at their money,” Jefferson said. “It has changed readers from renters to homeowners. Now with her first book in the books, others are forthcoming, Jefferson said.

“I have someone creating a workbook to go along with the (latest) book for workshops,” Jefferson said. “I have an eBook coming out this year, Building Generational Wealth Through Real Estate Investing, and I’m a part of an up-and-coming anthology on relationships.”

Jefferson is a domestic violence survivor and has become an advocate for this issue in recent years.

“And I’ll be speaking on domestic violence,” said Jefferson, referring to future empowerment workshops.

As for her book that has created a fervent buzz across various message boards and social media platforms, Jefferson said:

“This book’s purpose for which God created me is to help free my people from financial bondage and obtain wealth and legacy, to teach my people how to be recession proof and maximize their money. The Bible says leave an inheritance for your children’s children, and we don’t even have an inheritance to leave our children, let alone grandchildren, but we’re so willing to make other families wealthy like Gucci and Louis Vuitton.

“I want my people to know that God will bless the work of your hands and God has given up the power to get wealth. Let’s make our last names great again.”

After all, the mindset is key and powerful, Jefferson emphasized.

“You have to want better to get better, and it all starts in the mind,” Jefferson said. “You also have to put in the work and be willing to learn the necessary lessons to succeed. All successful people and industries have multiple streams of income, and they all have real estate in their portfolio.”
