STAR STUDDED SHOW
DALLAS — Last year, Letitia Scott Jackson’s fashion show was a monumental success as ticket sales had sold out weeks for before the event.
This year, she’s expecting nothing short of remarkable once again.
A Dallas/Fort Worth-area businesswoman and empowerment extraordinaire who is the founder and CEO of Keeping Families Connected, Scott and her team are preparing to host their Third Annual Creation of Fashion Show For A Cause.
Powered by Keeping Families Connected, Scott’s credible nonprofit organization she established four years ago, this year’s Creation of Fashion Show For A Cause will take place on Saturday, June 1 at 6 p.m. CST, at The Westin Galleria Dallas, located at 13340 Dallas Parkway.
SAVE THE DATE
Just like last year’s star-studded and standing-room only event, this year’s red carpet event figures to be just as enthralling, Scott told Making Headline News this week.
That’s because the featured guest and hostess will be globally-acclaimed actress Phaedra Parks, an longtime attorney and accomplished television personality, who’s widely known for appearing on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
A native of Athens, Georgia, Parks’ celebrity has soared in recent years, largely because of her immeasurable roles as a media personality, motivational speaker, author, and social activist.

BEACON OF LIGHT
“This is our sold-out multi-layered fashion show, showcasing the designs of talented designers,” said Onjalai Flake, who’s the Program Coordinator for Keeping Families Connected. “This is a historically a sold out event you don’t want to miss out on, which will be an EPIC display of fashion and entertainment.
A native of Houston who was raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, Scott Jackson is thoroughly convinced that her organization is steadily becoming a fixture throughout the region but, most importantly, she’s convinced it aligns solely with the purpose for which she was created.
“My mission is for Keeping Families Connected to become a household name worldwide and eventually be able to provide free prison transportation in other states as the need is so great,” Scott Jackson told Making Headline News during a March 2019 interview.
