MAKING HEADLINE NEWS WELCOMES BRENDA RAY ROBINSON
For Brenda Ray Robinson, her much-anticipated breakthrough came wrapped up in a spiritual confession, of sorts.
“God spoke to me through my healing process three years ago, but I ignored His voice,” Robinson, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, recalling the pivotal and memorable events that had ultimately given way to her having delved off into the competitive world of authorship. “I was hurt and shame. I didn’t want the world to know my business.”
What Robinson had eventually discovered, meanwhile, was that God wasn’t merely commanding that she tell all of her personal business.
Rather, His strategic plan for her was that she devise ways to help advance the kingdom through her assortment of emotionally-driven and awe-inspiring testimonies.
And so it came to pass in December 2017 that Robinson, a Shreveport, Louisiana-based author, had witnessed the ceremonious release of her book entitled, “A Grace Filled Marriage: Marriage On A Mission.”
“It was enough that the few people knew (of my trying situation), but not the world,” Robinson said. “God told me to write and He will heal me.”
And just as He always does, God did just that.

Never mind that during extended period of time, she still managed to harbor a spirit of hardheadedness.
“I still said, ‘Oh no, I won’t do it,’” Robinson said. “It took me two years to finally obey God’s voice. God said, ‘Didn’t I tell you everything will be okay and to have the book out by 201(7)?’ God told me to take the 7 out of 17 and that meant completion and 201(8) will be new beginning.”
And the rest, as they say, was history.
The very moment Robinson had effectively elected to follow God’s instructions, that essentially jump-started what has undoubtedly transformed into a much-anticipated harvest season.
