Kathryn A. Butler steadfastly exemplified a positive disposition.

“I was often asked how I accomplished so much with such a positive attitude and if I had key tips, I could give to someone facing similar situations,” Butler, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, recalling the memorable developments that led to the release of her new book. “As a military spouse for 22 years, I lived through many transitions and dealt with many challenges in life I refer to as ‘trenches.’”

“I wanted to write a book so my children could have a better understanding of our past, and realized as I was writing my memoirs, that my experiences and victories should be shared with others because of its relevancy with regards to a very busy family lifestyle,” Butler said.

“I felt it necessary to note pen to paper to give validation to the many spouses that have also survived,” Butler explained on her Amazon page. “I also wanted to provide a realistic view and insights that will bring hope to the many spouses currently living the life and for those to come.”

“The nuggets were birthed out of every situation I faced throughout my life thus far and helped me to live victoriously despite never-ending challenges,” Butler said.
A life-altering book she began composing sometime in February 2018, Butler spent a little more than a year-and-a-half assembling a project that depicts a memorable, God-ordained season in her life.
“As a spouse of a military service member, my life took a different path than what I had envisioned prior to marriage, and I literally moved 14 times in the 22 years of my husband’s active duty service,” Butler recalls. “I met so many spouses that felt abandoned, left behind in their individual careers, and somewhat lacked validation that were wanting to meet with me to find out how I had successfully navigated the lifestyle with grace and still rose out of the trenches of life victoriously. I needed to share my story with the world.”
And, for her valiant efforts and massive contributions to society through her new book, lives subsequently have been changed in the process.

As for the divine message she aspires to send to her reading audience through her latest published work, Butler, a native Oklahoman, said: “The key to living a fulfilled life is to take ownership of the choices you make. Butler is no stranger to world of authorship.
For starters, she was a contributing author to her husband’s book, It’s Ok to Have an Affair (With Your Spouse), which debuted in 2007 and complements the couple’s marriage ministry called PK3 Ministries.

As for her solo-authored book she finished it in October 2019, Butler said each chapter vividly exposes the divine purpose for which she was created.
