But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 KJV)
GOD’S BELOVED SURVIVOR
The very moment God had given to Angel McClain McCaskill the vision, she did exactly what He essentially commanded her do.
She steadfastly ran with it.
And, what’s even more astounding is that McCaskill wasn’t merely about to allow her unlikely breast cancer diagnosis to stop her from living her best life.
“God gave me the vision after a powerful forefront women’s conference last July,” McCaskill, during a weekend interview with Making Headline News, said, recalling the remarkably compelling events that have contributed mightily to her endeavor as an accomplished author. “My mentor, Lady Leah McNair, went into prayer with me, and five months later, we had a book.”
And the rest, as they say, was history.
Thanks in large part to McCaskill’s act of obedience unto God, coupled with the fervent prayers of her spiritual leader — as well as other intercessors — God has greatly empowered her to become the mastermind behind the spiritually-empowering book entitled, “From A Survivor’s Eye.”

Having fielded news of her breast cancer diagnosis in August 2007, McCaskill deemed it necessary to keep a journal throughout her memorable, life-changing journey, a trend that allowed her to recall a slew of things, all while having virtually no indication that God was strategically positioning her to assemble a book.
Yep. That’s just like God, ushering His children to their destiny, as only He could.
