Nashville-area author Dr. Carolyn R. Green’s new book has been deemed a constant ‘page turner’ by her audience

Dr. Carolyn R. Green made her authorship debut nearly a year ago.
As far as she is concerned, the time has come that she — for a lack of better words — take it up a notch.
“Everyone who has read this book has said they read it a day and could not put it down,” Dr. Green told Making Headline News during a weekend interview. “It is a pager turner.”
The book to which Dr. Green is alluding is her provocative, awe-inspiring written document entitled, “Bondfire: A Tale Of Love, Betrayal And A Dangerous Game.”
A paperback, 334-page project that was published by Azaida Media, LLC, “Bondfire: A Tale Of Love, Betrayal And A Dangerous Game” effectively hit the market on August 29, 2016.
According a spokesperson for Amazon.com — the site where Dr. Green’s book can be purchased — “Bondfire: A Tale Of Love, Betrayal And A Dangerous Game” is a dazzling, attention-grabbing, tear-jerking book in which Dr Green pulls “no stops” in her debut novel.
“She distinctively takes the reader on an intriguing and emotional journey that provokes both conscious and subconscious reactions,” the spokesperson explained.
Moreover, Dr. Green’s book depicts the lives of such characters by the names of Tish, Lisa and Carol, all of whom have been friends since preschool. Now as grown, educated women, the trio of women are devising ways navigate the complexities of men and relationships through secrets, lies, risks and twists, all of which, as Dr. Green points out, “turn this story upside down!”
Interesting enough, such drama-filled developments through Dr. Green’s astounding books have given way to a few inquiries.

By and large, Dr. Green’s “Bondfire: A Tale of Love, Betrayal And A Dangerous Game” is the first official installment in her Bondfire Series and, according to many who have read this latest version, her project has been nothing short of amazing.
“One young lady told me that she learned that sometimes you must let a person or situation go when you have given all that you can give,” Dr. Green said. “I have been told my many readers that they can identify or relate with the characters in the book.”

A native West Memphis, Arkansas who currently resides in Nashville, where she works primarily as a National Behavioral Trainer/Math Consultant through the Center For Teacher Effectiveness, Dr. Green said it was through a God-orchestrated vision some two years ago that greatly inspired her to assemble her book.
“I have always had a vivid imagination from as early as elementary school,” Dr. Green explained. “My teachers would always volunteer me to read my stories when we were given a creative writing assignment. Everyone would love my stories. From about sixth grade, I wanted to be a writer. By the time I reached high school, I was a teenage mother, and by the age of nineteen, I had two children.”
Because of the divine calling on her life, coupled with such resiliency and her steadfast commitment to maximizing her potential, Dr. Green was determined not to become another statistic by way of teenage pregnancy and a lack of education.
All things considered, she was destined to defy the greatest of odds.
“I had to pursue my other talent, which was mathematics, which led to a career to create a stable home and environment for my children,” Dr. Green said. “Now that my children are adults with successful careers, I am now pursuing my first love, which is writing.”
She’s doing just that.
And, given the assortment of favorable feedback surrounding her new book, it’s safe to assume that Dr. Green’s best and brightest days through authorship are well ahead of her.

“The purpose for which God has created me is to share my story,” said Dr. Green, whose next book, Bondfire: Love Betrayal and Consequences,” is presently in works and is scheduled to be released in the fall. “Through God, I can overcome any situation. I have overcome a lot of obstacles, especially being a single parent, raising two children.”
But God…
“(God) broke me down to show me that everyone needs someone,” Dr. Green said. “I can’t go through life alone. When I write, I feel like I am in my own little world and it just makes me happy. I feel like God brought me back to where he wanted me to be in the beginning. I feel like my life has come full circle.”
Talk about taking it up a notch.
