Earlier this week, Oginga Carr was asked why it is imperative that he esteem and inspire others daily.
To his credit, Carr fielded the question as if he expected it.
“Without inspiration, there is no life,” Carr said during an interview with Making Headline News this week. “We need to be not only inspired, but edified. When we edify one another we grow. I really don’t care about your what or your why. I care about your how. We help people find their how.”
Indeed he does.
Carr, in fact, has evolved mightily as an efficient and resourceful businessman, most notably through Epiphany Consulting LLC, a Mid-South-area company that is widely regarded as an organizational structure venture that customarily helps with coaching and consulting for businesses and individuals so that they could appropriately find compliance and clarity.
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas who has been dubbed “One of America’s Top Trainers,” according to various media pundits in a detailed description of Carr’s venture at http://www.ogingacarr.com/, Carr doesn’t shy away from the notion that Epiphany Consulting is unique, in large part because human resources is something we all need.
“Our unique proposition is that we offer you help at developing structure in your organization and your life,” said Carr, whose immense entrepreneurship track record spans a little more than a decade. “Many times business owners are great at a skill, but aren’t very good at the business.”
For what it’s worth, this is where Carr’s progressively effective business comes into play.
A proud of alum of Little Rock Parkview High School — where the former multi-sport athlete lettered in football, basketball, and baseball — Carr also is an accomplished author, a national seminar leader, as well as an organizational structure expert and consultant.
Interestingly, this Henderson State University graduate is armed with roughly 17 years of experience in sales, management, and Human Resources.
“His passion is in the dynamic of change…dealing with it, working through it, and preparing for it,” said a spokesperson in a detailed description of Carr and his venture at http://www.ogingacarr.com.
Not only that, Carr’s professional resume is solid and diverse, considering he has worked in the telecommunications, flooring, and print industries. For those reasons, he has been appropriately labeled a “serial entrepreneur,” of sorts.
Which, much to his delight, is mostly befitting, considering Carr has even had a hand in functioning as a magazine publisher, radio and television show host, not to mention having assumed the role as executive director of a non-profit foundation, among other capacities.
Moreover, Carr’s primary focuses are geared largely on productivity through structure and human capital development, and he has trained tens of thousands of HR professionals in approximately 49 U. S. states.

“My mission is to develop more clarity, content, and consistency in our lives,” Carr said. “If we are clear about our goals, then content of those goals are achievable and we can be consistent in our actions. We can be successful in our lives.”
Carr credits the bulk of his success as a thriving businessman to his father, whom he said was undoubtedly one of the biggest inspirations in his life.
Though Carr’s father passed away in 2007, he acknowledged that “he lives with me every day in my actions. He believed that we are a family related by affinity, if not through consanguinity.”
“That means that people who are striving to achieve goals in life are related by their love and passion to improve, even if they are not related by blood,” Carr added. “I welcome all Dream Achievers to my family.”
There is, by all accounts, a valid reason for which Carr essentially has rolled out the figurative red carpet to those who aspire to connect with him.
“We live by a hashtag, #teamcrushingit,” Carr said. “That means that we are crushing those obstacles that are in front of us. We are getting to our goals faster than we thought we could. We are crushing life.”
In the foreseeable future, Mid-Southerners — Memphians in particular — will be afforded the golden opportunity to learn more about Carr and Epiphany Consulting in a trio of informative events:
- I Dream I Achieve: The Business Blueprint. This event is geared toward developing the mindset and the business structure to succeed in business. “It is the best business development conference in the Mid-South,” Carr said. “We develop events that are all about giving you the skills that you need to be great.”

“It is my destiny to help 10,000 people achieve their dreams in 2018,” Carr said. “We are helping people achieve those dreams through products, events, coaching, and consulting, and we are so happy about the outcomes.”
